what’s your favorite SW game?
Happy star war day
tie fighter
galactic battlegrounds
rogue squadron
republic commando
I'm actually about to start Rogue Squadron 2, if the thread sticks around for another hour or two I'll let you know my thoughts
im STILL mad about what they did to bf2 2017
Jedi Academy
SWTOR
KOTOR 1 since it's a finished game. 2 has better atmosphere but is in second place cause not finished LOL!!! Republic Commando is kino.
star wars outlaws
outcast had better 1v1 servers desu
I like a lot of them, but probably KOTOR2
Academy for the fun hangout servers where admins would be cool with shenanigans and would load funky mods or maps for your enjoyment.
Outcast for the SP and 1v1
galactic battlegrounds
Why yes, I'm a zoomer. How did you guess?
These are just the old PS2 games version bundle together aren't they?
Dark Forces 2 is the single best piece of EU ever made, of any medium. "Therefore I Am" by Kevin J. Anderson is second place.
Easily the best "movie tie-in" game I've ever played.
I'm not sure there are any good Star Wars games, but I have nostalgic memories of the guy who was about to slash all of his prices and the sheer insanity and instability of that level in general.
I used to spend a lot of time poking Jan Ors' butt in the first level, had to use cheats to give myself a lightsaber so I can see it happen in 3rd person. lol
I hate corporate holidays. If they had a soul they'd be celebrating important dates from SW not days with funny names
galactic battlegrounds
I hate how often that game is forgotten these days since RTS are dead and zoomer dont care and much less are able to play them
what’s your favorite SW game?
The one you posted. It was perfect in every way possible. I love Jedi Outcast.
Yes and no.
They took the levels and characters from the first two games, added a few more, and tied it all with a new hub world.
It's less of a game collection and more of a combination of the old games into a new one.
As already well explained, Yes/No. Years back they took the re-release as an opportunity to improve or change things here and there, since patching wasn't possible for obvious reasons. It's a "definitive edition" kinda deal if anything.
to be fair it's literally just aoe2 with a bunch of cosmetic skins (i still played it a ton as a kid)
episode 3 on the ds, the multiplayer ship fighting was so kino and unlocking skills to murder children makes my dick so hard
Of course it's just a Full Conversion mod, but holy shit is it a fantastic one! Plus the fact that it's just (updated) AoE2 should make people talk about it more so, considering the legacy of both brands at play here. Still fucks me up that GB added endless farming, while base AoE2 didn't had that.
it was a bit more than just a skin
Probably some mix of KOTOR 1/2, Jedi Academy, Empire at War, and Republic Commando.
I use to fuck hard with battlegrounds, I wish it got a sequel of some kind in a similar style to celebrate Episode 3 and complete the entire set but obviously by the time Revenge of the Sith came out Age of Empire sprites were out and 3D was in.
well they did put a lot of effort into it with the new tilesets and unit skins etc. Plus it was super cool to be able to play as gungans
I wish it got a sequel of some kind in a similar style
Was always hoping for something like it, or maybe even a Force Commander sequel, but I guess Empire at War is that so whatever.
There is plenty of changes here and there, including QOL stuff, see automatic reseeding of farms and likely other stuff. The unit and mechanic changes from the difference factions are obviously another big matter. It's anything but a simple reskin for sure, hence why I called it "Full Conversion Mod" instead.
i definitely wasn't a hardcore RTS player back then so to me it felt the exact same, but I will take your word for it that there were material changes between the two.
Empire at War was a good alternative at least, and its a gift that keeps on giving in terms of mods support so I guess in the end we did win more than we lost on that front.
empire at war
the space battles were fun and cinematic, but god damn the ground battles were retarded.
The balance is completely different in a good way. The basics are still very similar but how it actually plays is significantly different.
Dark Forces II and KotOR II
The only mod that managed to fix ground combat was Awakening of the Rebellion. I fucking love my little doomstack of Rebel Special Forces that can sneak past any planetary fleet and fight a brutal battle with like 30 or 40 individual models in total (basically like 12 full units), really made me feel like a badass.
I'm actually about to start Rogue Squadron 2, if the thread sticks around for another hour or two I'll let you know my thoughts
I remember buying it on launch back in 01. The graphics were staggering back then. Factor 5 were so fucking good.
Wasn't a hardcore RTS fag back then, nor am I today, but I'd still very much argue that the game is different enough to matter in places. At the very least it's a huge standalone expansion pack, but not just a "reskin" or the original, that's just silly.
The lifetime people got out of EaW always blows my mind, especially now days that Workshop support took things over. God I miss fileplanet and the like, those were the fucking days of modding, the high point of creativity and what have you.
Ground Battles were def the weak link of that game, Space Battles being forever the highlight for everyone. A fucking shame about the single core limitations, or really general optimization problem. No matter what modern monster CPU you throw at it, sooner or later the game will buckle, especially in modded space battles.
played original battlefront as a kid
literally 8 years old
didnt have a gaymin pc in 2017/18
never played the new battlefronts
I really want to now that I have my life in order but the game seems dead and full of hackers, feelsbadman
I remember vividly X-Play sucking off Rogue squadron 2 for being such a graphical showpiece. "YOU COULD SEE THE AT-AT'S FEET IN THE WATER"
I still have my CDs
based disk poster
EA BF2 isn't from 2017... the game can't be THAT old alrea--
What the fuck? I could've sworn that game isn't older than 5 years or something.
Time flies when you see your favorite franchise get assfucked in new and exciting ways.
get assfucked in new and exciting ways.
The older I get the less I give a fuck about time, but the more confused I get when I realize how fast it moves. Hope that makes sense.
jedi outcast is genuinely a bad game. on lower modes its bad quake 3 and then after 2 levels it becomes a power simulator of bodying stormtroopers with your invincible character broken up by the odd cool swordfight or bullshit gimmick segment where you autodie from an npc with bad AI, and then if you play on the max difficulty its a total clownshow where you fight 20 men with hitscan accuracy who actively avoid your mouse cursor who spawn from nowhere when you open doors that can 2shot you as you slowly cheese the encounters until you get end game force powers and then you can once again completely disregard them
academy's more nonlinear design and focus more on cool swordfights and gimmicks that don't instantly kill you but just change up the gameplay and reward different character builds is way more interesting and it also gives you the sense power so your guns can actually fucking aim straight.
don't bother replying if you haven't played on jedi master mode, ty
First impressions are just that, holy fuck this is from the same year as Deus Ex? And it's on the fucking GameCube?
Unfortunately it absolutely chugs on Dolphin and after reading the X Wing series this past month (just finished the third book, it's kino) I was expecting more X-Wing Alliance than Ace Combat
SW:Rebellion
Love 4x
What's the best widescreen mod for Jedi Outcast anyways?
widescreen mod
what the fuck are you talking about? all you have to do is change 2 lines in the config file
Dark Forces 2
JKO and JKA
EAW
I've never seen the vanilla Galactic Battlegrounds CDs. The Galactic Battlegrounds Saga disc art is completely different.
I don't have a phone or camera to take a picture, but Disc 1 has a Stormtrooper on the left aiming at the camera with an AT-AT on the right and a Geonosis-like orange background, and Disc 2 has an AT-TE on the left and a clone trooper on the right with a blue background.
The Galactic Battlegrounds Saga disc
2 seconds in google thanks for the reminder, completely forgot about these
So are the OG battlefronts just dust collectors now or what?
Pod racer
Dark Forces 2
Jedi knight 2
Tie fighter
Shadow of the Empire
Pit Droids
Rebel Assault 2
In some alternate universe we get Dark Forces movie adaptation instead of sequelshit
Neatly enough, they use a collage of the disc art for steam.
No lmao
The best one.
star wars galaxies
Super Empire Strikes Back
Rogue Squadron II
Republic Commando
X-Wing Alliance
Battlefront II 2005
Dark Forces
Jedi Outcast
Episode I Racer
Republic Commando could really use a remake/remaster, because it's a very rough diamond, but not the average corpo remake that just makes the original worse. An actual one.
i dont want a remake
i want a remake
okay? might wanna use the usual retarded zoomer speak to make your point clear, see "sovl" aka SOUL and what have you
"YOU COULD SEE THE AT-AT'S FEET IN THE WATER"
The Kothlis level was mind blowing at the time.
Unfortunately it absolutely chugs on Dolphin
Rogue Leader didn't even boot up on Dolphin until the 2010s and Rebel Strike didn't until the mid-2010s. They're that filled with bizarre Factor 5 wizardry.
after reading the X Wing series this past month (just finished the third book, it's kino)
It gets better and better. The best one is Starfighters of Adumar.
To be fair it WAS a graphical powerful, one that could've easily be the Crysis of it's time, and all that on a fucking gamecube of all things.
it absolutely chugs on Dolphin
It runs a fuck ton better now days, if not even well. The hardcore perf problem days are long over last time I checked.
I spent yesterday watching the original trilogy and I'm on the prequels now, but for vidya?
LEGO
Is this game worth it? or did they change too much from the original lego games?
The hardcore perf problem days are long over last time I checked.
This. Not sure what anon's issue is. Dolphin can run games like F-Zero GX and Rogue Squadron 3 well now.
Revenge of the Sith (PS2)
jesus christ no. had big hope for that thing when it came out because "its the lego guys, SURELY it will be good, even tho its disney star wars".
was hugely disappointed with how buggy and broken it was here and there, not to mention how shit the content was.
the charm of 360 and ps2 era lego games are long gun, its all fully voice acted shit now days.
man fzero used to be a problem for such a long time, now days it runs like fucking butter. rogue can still casue some issues depending on how poorfag old your PC is but NOTHING compared to 10 years ago, it's lightyears better these days.
full of deleted scenes and content based around those scenes
that game was a fucking trip
I don't like any of them because I only really like the aliens from Star Wars. I started playing Fortnite specifically because they're adding Jar Jar. I may have a problem.
I started playing Fortnite
its all fully voice acted shit now days.
what a shame
The only star wars game that really makes you appreciate how difficult it can be to resist the dark side.
Yeah they started upping the production value through voice acting in the 360/early ps4 era, can't remember for sure anymore. Either the Lord of the Ring or Force Awakened game started that shit, instantly robbing the games of a lot of the charm. Yes, sure the production value improved a shit ton, but for what cost?
Explain how
Not him, but killing/letting Rosh live might be the absolute best DS/LS choice in all of Star Wars franchise in its sheer simplicity and narrative strength, and also one of the best tests of your character in general
For singleplayer, DF2:JK.
For multiplayer, Outcast.
Special mentions to X/T/XvT.
Fun fact: they just did a massive update on the hacking issues going on, even going so far as to partner up with modders to implement it, which you know, for EA, that's pretty much unheard of.
Star Wars Galaxies
Pre jedi faggotry
wait what, they did?
"even" partnered up with modder
you could also argue that they let them do the job, but let's give them some props for once to stay fair.
missionbros...
For me its the Battlefront 2004
The only good one
My whigga, it's my favourite mmo.
too bad they fucked up her design and you have to give her blasters if you want to make her useful
Yeah, I couldn't find the video I originally saw it on, but here's an article:
msn.com
Kotor 1 and the Rogue Squadron games...
Also the SNES ones were fun.
Can you hear me? Rogue Squadron, this is Crix Madine. The attack came before I could reach Rieekan and I'm pinned down in the Tech Center. Can you get me out?
Additionally, Kyber is set to continue to work on their dedicated community servers for Battlefront 2, implementing their own policy for cheating and hacking.
Woooooooooow, I'm legit shocked and amazed by that decision. Cool stuff, would've never heard about this without you either, so thank you!
Was EA the worst thing to happen to Star wars vidya?
Glad to be of help.
No, Disney was, period. EA didn't kill Star Wars, Disney did, front to back. EA hasn't had exclusive control over SW for years now, yet all we got was a really bad Ubisoft one, not counting potential phone garbage no one gives a fuck about.
Guess I should download it once more, see if I can actually find lobbies now, including for the mindless coop romp.
No, that's Disney
I like Masters of Teras Kasi
My man Hoar and fucking up my little brother with Darth Vader never got old
1995-2005 was the golden age of vidya and the star wars franchise still had all of that good will.
I'm the last to defend EA but if all you can see is "I HATE THIS GAME COMPANY THEY KILLED MY MOVIE FRANCHISE" then you're not only blind but disgustingly retarded and immature. Disney bought Star Wars from an apathetic Lucas, then killed every piece of EU content, continued by making shite movies and gave the highest bidder exclusive access to the brand on the side, which they later cancelled for bad press reasons. Since then nothing fucking happened one way or another, yet you keep on screaming EA this EA that because you want a scapegoat refusing to blame Disney for some cultish reason.
I put hundreds of hours into bf2 during covid. It was mindless fun but I don't regret it at all. Shame EA pulled the plug to have Dice work on some Battlefield game no one gave a shit about as they were finally turning the game around.
I liked it
I still remember my grandpa getting mad about me killing the civilians
dice didn't turn around jack and shit from what I remember, that was one of the 20 billion 2ndary devs. if I recall dice was only fully responsible for the first game, which is prolly why the 2nd game runs so stupidly well ironically enough.
you’re too bitter over nothing of importance
For me it's Jedi Power Battle, but holy fuck fuck coruscant and it's stupid jump-gimmick. Trying to get that shit coordinated while playing with my brother was always a surefire way to lose all credits.
I had this game but someone stole it was fun and had one of my favorite Thermal Detonators
The worst thing to happen to Star Wars vidya was LucasFilm circa 2008.
Cancelling ALL the shit people wanted to see, and for what? Funds going into a shitty cartoon and, what, The Force Unleashed?
They announced a book that takes place after TRoS and gives us an idea of what post-sequel stuff will be about
Star Wars The Last Order: Following the end of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, the Resistance rescues a ship full of young passengers who had been kidnapped by the First Order. As Finn and Jannah set out to find the First Order officer responsible before he can endanger any more children, the two former stormtroopers must wrestle with their own complicated pasts as soldiers of the oppressive regime.
So somehow the First Order never died and the Resistance are still underdogs. Absolutely nothing changed
Neither Lucas nor Filoni give a flying fuck about the LucasArts Games department on their direct or licensed (outsourced) projects.
And why would Force Unleashed, an internally produced game, be responsible for the cancellation of projects we have either no idea or barely any idea about, and which to begin with? BF3 is the only big thing I ever see people mention, and that game had 2-3 versions going on as time went by from the looks of it, the remnants now being in a PSP game which adapted bits of the story and art assets.
ALL the shit
Which SHIT? Gonna blame EA for those things too, 1313 too?
Gonna boot it up now for old times sake as well. Always loved flying the A-Wing in them.
it was a bit more than just a skin
It was better. People who swear by AoE2 but have never played GB don't know that they're missing the superior game.
Want to replay Jedi Outcast (NOT Academy, I've played that to death)
It's not installed on my PC
Fuck it, I'll play either Rogue Leader, Rebel Strike, or the Gamecube Clone Wars game
Can't find Rogue Leader or Rebel Strike
Find two copies of Clone Wars (????)
Plug one into my Gamecube, the lid doesn't shut because the eject button is stuck
Don't feel like opening up my Gamecube to unstick the button so just put something heavy on the lid to keep it closed
Boot up my shitty capture card's software, EZGrabber
It doesn't register my card
"IIRC I have to reinstall the drivers and restart my PC to make this work"
Do so
My antivirus quarantines EZGrabber as malware (it's not, I've used it before)
Now wrestling with my antivirus to make it not take away shit I want to use
Fuck you, I just wanted to play a Star Wars game
Which SHIT
KotOR 3?
BF3?
JKJA2?
Imperial Commando?
Somehow I've touched a nerve.
I remember playing RS2 while being a casual enjoyer of the movies, and I just didn’t know what to do in most of the missions because it’s so accurate to the movies that you’re expected to know what the characters do. When I replayed the game years later as a much bigger Star Wars fan, it was more intuitive.
How's JK2's performance on Switch? I know its Q3 engine but I still don't assume anything about this piece of shit
Somehow I've touched a nerve.
You faggots can't argue like adults if your fucking lives would depends on it, you instantly have to throw shade in bad faith it's hilariously childish.
KotOR 3?
SWTOR.
hur dur reee i hate it aahhhh
It was made by bioware and is the canon sequel so cry about it lmao. Actual Kotor3 wasn't ever a thing, at least not to a meaningful stage.
JKJA2?
Lol? At least mention something that was real and we've seen footage off, like the Maul game, but I guess your stupid fake fan ass wouldn't know about that.
Imperial Commando?
One of many concepts that never got off the ground to a meaningful degree
Now go and have a melty moment you shitposting troll
Holy fucking seethe. Filoni, is that you?
Can find JA, DF and even fucking power battles to pirate
Can't find Outcast
This dude is crashing out hard
JKJA2?
JK3, faggot
Set them free you assholes
My mistake.
Jedi Outlaw sounds fun, too.
there was supposed to be a JK3?
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I like how Rebel Strike comes with a coop-version of Rogue Leader built in. AND it's in permanent hard mode.
tfw no Jedi Hunter game where you play as prime Grievous
Jedi Academy is #1 for obvious reasons
In no particular order of greatness because they're all equally good
KOTOR 2
Battlefront 2 ( 2005 not the EA shit fest )
Republic Commando
Force Unleashed
Force Unleashed
Oh boy be careful with takes like that while on Anon Babble
Okay, here is one of them: store.steampowered.com
Is piracy a problem for people all the sudden or what is this about? Granted I have access to an insanely good private tracker, but surely public solutions haven't rotten THAT much, right?
Yes. It didn't go far into the development stage, pretty much all we know about the game is that it was supposed to give Kyle Katarn a closure.
KOTOR3 on the other hand had already had its main story and most of the side quests written by Avellone before it got canned, and there are also a few concept arts for the game out there.
Boring answer but kotor 2
I don't understand people rating JA that high. It's basically a glorified expac, JO is a way better Star Wars experience all around.
JO and JA actually need modern remasters
all around.
SP might be better to some, MP on the other hand is a huge downgrade compared to the potential that is JA
708944672 (You)
Say it
Not really
What games have the best post-rotj content?
No. Fuck off.
Fuck you for selling out, fat fuck. Fuck you.
Kyle Katarn games
Why didn't you set your ideas for the ST into the agreement as a binding contract you idiot
Force Unleashed
the first was a great game, the second not so much
Is piracy a problem for people all the sudden or what is this about?
No, I just have the games in their original format and would like to immerse myself in nostalgia by playing them similar to how I used to play them.
empire at war thrawns revenge
I just mean the single player missions, online is perfect as it is. The game crashes too much and I don’t want to deal with fan patches to make it run on modern systems
Bloat mods
Eww
my long-term admiration for Disney's iconic brand
Jesus, George, really?
May the 4th, be with you
Doesn't this sound like the gayest shit ever
pic rel
God, DF1 levels were DOGSHIT
Install a higher res texture mod, then open the console and type
r_customwidth 1920
r_customheight 1080
r_mode -1
vid_restart
There, you now have remastered JA/JO, except with no modern soulless shit.
Rogue squadron 3 because it had 2 and some extra stuff (the platform levels were trash). Loved playing couch co-op with my bro.
metric ton of filler games and crapware
fewer filler and crapware
This is another one. This and RS should at least be on NSO. But they both have PC ports, I wish they would get proper modern releases.
Underrated. The book is rare to find now but it was all the rage back then.
I keep saying for years it needs to be adapted into film and that's the only good thing nu SW can do.
I liked both all things considered, just saying that people on here are huge fags.
Fair enough, not gonna argue that. I say use whatever works best, but you do you.
1080p
It's 2025, Grandpa!
I remember this game being incredibly hard on higher difficulties. I think there was a boss fight in some crystal cave or something and I was stuck there for a week until I beat through cheesing it
Episode III tie-in game is much better
this damn game always hit different, partly because it had a brooding and dark atmosphere to me. youtu.be
played the last level so damn often god that shit was glorious
It's really fucking hard. I'm trying to play it now and I'm kind of dreading how hard it's gonna be. The entire Dark Reaper plotline was pretty cool though.
Back when my dad still played games, I think the spaceport was as far as he got. Not sure if he ever beat Slave, sorry, BOBA FETT'S STARSHIP
Obviously you can change the resolution values to anything you want. I haven't tested 4K on the Q3 engine but I'm assuming it'll run fine.
Slave, sorry, BOBA FETT'S STARSHIP
Never gets old
Just fucking around, I know most fags here are poor shitters.
tr is eu kino, not as bad as aotr or remake
DISNEY-SAMAAAAA I'LL PROTECT YOU FROM THOSE EVIL FANS
Fucking hell, Lucas.
It's cool to see BF2 getting some love, but my god what is wrong with people now days?
kyber.gg
Basically space Eric Sparrow is your jedi rival
also you can rpg develop light and dark side powers and if you stray too far into the dark shit luke will be super bummed about your progress
Darth Maul game was as good as finished when EA pulled the plug
As an n64 kid I was super fucking jealous of ps1fags that got to play this
That's where I'm filtered in the PC version of Shadows. Can't get past Boba Fett.
they only cancled it because disney bought star wars :(
Really? Because I thought the choice was so pathetically easy to let him live that I have never chosen the Dark Side path even once. You spend the entire mission getting harassed by the lesser antagonist Elora that by the time I got to the choice I would always choose to spare Rosh JUST to piss Elora off. Like, it wasn't even about Rosh anymore, Elora pissed me off that much and I refused to give her the satisfaction of watching me fall.
It's probably Academy's weakest moment to me because of that.
INCLUDES DUEL OF THE FATES MUSIC VIDEO
DAMN SON! youtu.be
What's the appeal of consuming media about someone you already know will die like a bitch?
Slashing shit up with a double bladed lightsaber.
Point is, he didn't actually hurt anyone, chickened out as soon as shit got real before he could do some real damage, repented and had the balls to contact Kyle, and then lost a hand because of Alora.
Meanwhile, if (You) kill Rosh, Jaden chimps out at the Jedi, Sith AND the Republic, in addition to stealing a powerful ancient Force artifact, which is a wee bit more "problematic" than anything Rosh has ever done.
And yet, the amount of people who blindly hate and kill Rosh is staggering though.
i have yet to hear a bad remix of the mortal kombat song. its just that good. like guile's theme
youtube.com
That's all cool and all but Rosh could've blown up entire star systems and I still would've spared him just to spite Alora. Do not underestimate my pettiness when dealing with annoying characters.
I AM SO SORRY GEORGE
YOU WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG
FOR HOW LONG DO I STILL HAVE TO APOLOGISE
Favourite has to be JKA but there's a lot of competition. I can just play it whenever I want and have a good time, even if it usually devolves into dicking around with console commands.
Its multiplayer is sadly dead to me, I never played Movie Battles but that's what's most popular nowadays, that and JA+ Duel servers? Lugormod was my thing, playing on a disk copy I have no idea how many hours I put into it but enough to be level 40 with all classes and keep playing for years.
To be fair, what you posted isn't evne a remix, that's just the song overplayed on an unrelated scene. But I get what you mean, the two songs became instant classics somehow, standing the test of time. youtu.be
that and JA+ Duel servers
Is that tryhardy shit still a fucking thing?
DANCE OF THE FATES
havent heard that in years
youtu.be
Lugormod
is that single player or multiplayer only?
Is it still haunted by hackers? I know at one point it was genuinely unplayable.
havent heard that in years
One of those oddball classics of the 2010s, at least to me.

For me it was FR's Battlefront III that made me hate disney. Wish Luigi shot that bib fortuna in a wig looking bitch Kathleen kennedy instead
Like, elaborating on it further, using Rosh as the LS/DS choice would've worked better earlier in the game, when he's at the peak of his hubris and you actually fight him in a boss battle. But by the time of the actual choice Rosh is so irrelevant that it's almost comical, he's just there to tie up his subplot.
Conversely Tavion and her cult spend the game constantly taunting the player, and while that's to try and trip up a Jedi into losing focus, for me it and the jank around lightsaber combat just frustrated me and made me want to kill them even harder. You're even given a massive compliment of weaponry that's nigh-useless by the end because most enemies by the endgame are cultists, so they either Force Push or block anything you shoot. The anger I accumulated was NOT directed at Rosh, but instead at the cult.
If the choice had been between executing Alora (DS) or letting her go (LS), it would be a much more difficult choice for me, and I'd probably pick the Dark Side choice far more often than the Light Side one. It's the same kind of choice Anakin made when he defeated Dooku, with Palpatine egging him on to give in to his emotions and cut Dooku down. "It's not the Jedi way."
So I think the choice in Academy is probably one of the weakest in the franchise, not the strongest. Poor move on LucasArts' part.
That one I surprisingly enough remember lmao
The video is fucking great, absolute whiplash non-sense. Now for a real classic, from the mid 00s baby. youtube.com
In a internet cafe with my brother one day, as a young teen
Some fucking how come across that video one day, downloading it
100% the original file is still on some long rotten away CD-R somewhere. Weird to think back to those days, only remembering tiny pieces of the screen or the cafe itself. No idea how I even fucking found that SW site full of fan content back then.
Yeah it is, quote from one of them "we duel all day." I played for an hour recently and felt really out of place because I use saber staff. I can fight with single and think I remember most of the tricks but I prefer fanning (spazzing) like a retard with a staff.
It was a multiplayer mod. I did play it on an empty server, doing quests and shit but it needs a community to really shine.
based
Yeah it is, quote from one of them "we duel all day."
Not even mad, why would I, but man that's some autism lmao. Then again who am I to say that, as someone that's still playing MB2 on and off to this day, 10 years after the fact. Fuck do I miss when these games still had 500+ people playing at once, not just 1-2 full server at most.
Definitely Kotor 2. So many hours, so many playthroughs. So many other games are just right below it too. 2000s was a fucking hell of time to be around for SW games. Kotor 2 excluded, which only became truly great after the restored content mod.
republic commando is probably my #1
battlefront 2 is close 2nd(i liked the remake too after they unfucked the servers and finished updating it)

Once upon a time JKA Re-edited was the funniest thing on the internet to a fan of Stars War.
This, though I never did play very far in Outcast. I hear some like it more. Absolute top notch kino games and all the better if you like Star Wars.
Surprisingly funny, remind me of webm related
youtu.be
Probably KOTOR 1.
This. A lot of the discussion about the game is about the narrative and the missed content, but the gameplay is really fun, and the character customization is expansive enough that you can RP as basically anything you would want in a Star Wars game.
