The world is nice and expansive but the whole weapon durability being so low is beyond stupid.
Like I understand if they were rusted or low quality, but literally all weapons are just breakable after a handful of uses is beyond retarded.

Having the weapon do less damage over time and needing to repair them would have been better. Also, the master sword should never break and "recharge." They need to make getting the mastersword hard af to get, but rewarding af to use.

I do think a weapon should break, but it should be something that would have been harder to repair.
Decrease weapon damage, over time wears down doing less, use it too much without going somewhere and actually utilizing the currency to find someone to upkeep the quality results to breaking. breaking said thing is harder than upkeeping.
I also think they could have done a lot more like finding a rusted sword and over time of improving it's quality making it into a finer blade or even something like a stick into a magic wand with limited uses or a branch that can have potentially higher magical quality but both have their limits until they are destroyed would have also been cool ideas.
It just feels lazy in a way. Like the world is set out, cool, there's heat and cold temps, cool, they have mobs and a decent story, awesome, but the whole weapon and resource thing seems so lacking.
And then they made it worse with the while build-it bullshit. Now they have an app that can download other people's shit to make it even easier. What's even the point in the entire thing if everything is so easily accessible?
I'm not saying it has to be like bloodborne or demon souls, but both newer zelda games just feels almost cocky and lazy
