btw the scare story about The Ethics Department was in reference to their input on tifa's breasts not bouncing around during development of FF7 remake. specifically, their input was that because her breasts didn't bounce (it was already decided before their intervention that her breasts wouldn't bounce much in her default costume, probably to keep from pissing off CERO), her original costume looked stupid, and they should give her a redesign with some kind of breast restriction to explain it
