I replaced the stock skates on my GPXS with Corepads after I did a PCB hotswap + added Huano blue shell pink dot, and the Corepads feel better than the stock ones. They were only 10 bucks too.

take out plastic screen cover, cut it with scissors and sand down edges a little. Then you glue them to the bottom of your mouse and you have gliders that will never wear out.

if you're going to use any tape to replace them just use regular packing tape

I have a logitech g203 and the only issue I have with it is I've used it so long it's double-clicking. I don't want to rip the skates off just to unscrew the fucker and deep-clean it. I also need to clean the fuck out of my keyboard but I'm just too lazy to rip all my keys off and clean it with a rag.
Glorious Core is actually impressively dogshit, especially baffling for software that was blatantly outsourced. I remember they got spanked really hard over QMK implementation on their GMMK Pro keyboards.
