New doom needs a 5090 for 1080p 144 fps
New doom needs a 5090 for 1080p 144 fps
AMD can play on medium though!
I will not max out the game and enjoy it in 1440p 250fps.
4090 btw
nobody ever plays in highest settings
I posted medium as well for this exact response
4070 ti super
crushing 60 fps EZ
Not worried lol.
there's some kind of mistake. I don't see my GTX 1650 on any of these lists
i hope it will run at least 30 with dlss on 2060. technically it requires 8gb of vram but so did indiana jones and that game worked no problems at 1440p
anon, I...
ultra to lowest setting gives like 7% performance difference lol
This is denovo’s fault btw
I Want To Believe
YEa I'msure that you've played the game that's not even out yet.
If it is anything like eternal or 2016 the highest settings are a meme anyway. You'd probably fail a blind test to recognize the difference.
I have played every single game I own at the highest settings for the past decade.
You should try getting a job
based retard
yeah it looks like there isn't huge differences between the presets again
7900xtx is going to age like fine wine such a great card
i just don't really see any real difference between high and ultra and whatever. maybe i'm blind
3080 still holding strong
Lowering the preset in half only gives 20 extra fps
The absolute utmost state...
it's literally in the review that OP posted
I MUST PLAY ALL GAMES MAXED OUT IN ULTRA EVERY TIME OR ELSE I WIL DIE!11332 54i8o23p8579io p234 8ui5op234
fucking retard
stupid fucking newfag pc cucks who dont understand optimizing game settings
Don't care. M$ published games have gone on my blacklist.
Not really.
If you game at 4K on 7900 XTX you need to render at native 4K because FSR1-3 is unusably trash.
On 9070 XT and RTX cards you can use FSR4 and DLSS4 to render at lower res. Arguably, they will look better because most TAA implementations are so bad it smears the image worse at native than FSR4 and DLSS4 at like half the res.
RDNA3 was a garbage generation. 9070 XT is AMD's next good card after the 6900 XT.
What, did they switch from Vulkan to D3D12? There goes the last really well optimized PC game engine not fucked over by Microsoft's console.
Where's the 4070?
Also this is with ray tracing...right?
How much VRAM is it eating?
pay $2000 for the best GPU
can't even play max-setting game released at the same year as said GPU
not even 4K in 2010 + 15
PC gaming is a fucking joke,
What? A 5090 can play the game at max settings.
stuck with fsr2/3
lol I'd rather use a base 12gb 4070. fsr 2/3 is horrible.
I do. Although the games I play only have screen resolution as a setting at best.
you can use a 5070 and still be above 60fps, you don't need more faggot
4080 higher than 5080
fake graph?
How's 1440p looking? I assume 9070xt is clocking at least 90?
TAA
FUCKING WHY WHEN THERE'S DLSS
LOOKS BETTER AND MORE FPS
Scratch that, I found it myself. What a great buy.
Only on Linux.
No real upscaling option is going to start to actually hurt soon.
beating the 5080
lel Nvidiots btfo
What they should be scared of is how close the XTX and 9070xt get to the 4090.
>pay $2000 for the best GPU
>can't even play max-setting game released at the same year as said GPU
Only pascal/maxwell nigger babies think this is any issue. Pushing pc hardware is a good thing, I hope the path tracing is insane and brings a 5090 to below 30fps at 1080p
Does Ultra use Pathtracing instead of simple Raytracing? I know you need a beast of a card to enable full RT+PT in Cyberpunk.
Pathtracing will be added later
5070 getting mogged by the 4070 super
Get your shit together nvidia lmao
I don't play modern jeetware kek
Last game I bought was from 2020 (DRG)
No 3080 10gb
Huch?
Whats the excuse for a fucking DOOM game needing such high specs?
Mandatory rtgi and reflections
I think they're using RT for the hit detection or something and there are open world segments. It's been a while since I read about it.
RT for the hit detection
Explained like this it literally just means hitscan, which exists since the 90s if not earlier.
They probably don't have one to test. Not that I actually believe gamegpu numbers in general.
They were selling it like it was more than that though, I'm kinda retarded but my understanding was that it would let them determine what effects the shots would have more accurately that they could conventionally.
I have a feeling it will still run like shit on lower settings.
RT for the hit detection
That seems pretty ridiculous considering milsim games like Arma have more than good enough ballistic systems that could run on a fucking xbaux.
PS5 can run it at 60 FPS with upscaled 4K at just $350
PC requires a $1,000 graphics card to run it at 1080p 60 FPS
What happened to PC gaming? You all said that it was the “master race” and you could easily make a “PS5 killer” rig for cheaper? Now we have to spend double and get less if we want to comply with the “PC Master Race” movement?
Why is the game unplayable on a $2k card, Phil?
Is that with or without the mandatory malware DRM?
the master race are the money havers, you're lucky we let poors like you have console crumbs
4090 Early Adopter Chads quite literally won
4070 Super 18% faster than a 5070 and just 3% slower than a 5070 Ti
What the fuck is wrong with 50 series
zoom
yawn
worthless thread
still run like shit on lower settings
Indy is the same engine, basically you just touch the texture and shadow depending on vram
Game will be lower than pc low on consoles though. A 5700xt in Indy matched the ps5 with modded potato (console) settings
Perceptually locked 144hz with no upscaling is good though. Lot of AAA games at 1080p were way below 60 when maxed out on the 980/980ti/titan
normally i'd agree with you, but have you seen how Space Marine 2 looks like on anything but the highest settings? fucking hentai isn't blurred out as hard as that fucking game on low settings
I'm done with this industry.
I think it was something about detecting what specific materials you are shooting like fur vs scales vs metal on the enemy character model or something
Yet it looks the same as 2016
They must currently staff the nvidia driver department with fentanyl users they found on the street. Imagine trying to sell new product when previous product outperforms it.
Don't forget an NVMe drive is required also Anon Babbleros! :)
The 9070 XT is king.
It's absolutely breath-taking that their drivers are having more stability issues than AMD these days
What site is this from?
being this new
It's Hardware Unboxed
IDsisters...
Ah thanks, I follow GN and the bespoke guys so I didn't know this one
They are AMD fanboys, they don't use DLSS
