Did boomers seriously play this?

Did boomers seriously play this?

What's the issue?

I still play it daily

the combat is kinda fire though

It's unironically pretty good if you tactically dodge attacks and whiff punish. Feels pretty stiff, but satisfying.

Nah boomers played this

file.png - 2310x1438, 754.84K

I like it, there's so many times I go in to kill an enemy with a long sword and miss so many times I have to haul back and rely on spells

It's unironically pretty good if you tactically dodge attacks and whiff punish. Feels pretty stiff, but satisfying.

Isn't it funny how the oblivion remaster came out and suddenly there's constant threads shitting on morrowind?

What the fuck? Noita has a first person mode now?

file.png - 777x1037, 1016.32K

What? Near perfect interface? Yes.

Man. It's incredible how much Eternal and one guy playing like a dumbass btfo Anon Babble so hard.

What's the issue? Everything is easy to access, hovering over things gives extra info, it's easy to use and understand and adjustable.
It's fucking great, modern retard devs could learn a thing or two.

hell yea

What's up with all the morrowind posting lately?

i play your mom's fat pussy lips like a banjo you little sissy faggot

morrowind owns

Oblivion Remaster + Tamriel Rebuilt update

what the hell is happening here

This is footage of the actual Nerevarine.

wait Morrowind looks like THIS? I thought you were all lying when you said it had soul. This looks sick

average Enchant playthrough

thats what the "combat" on 25 year old rpgs looks like
developers hadn't figured out how to make combat more advanced then "press left click while holding bow or sword at enemy to hurt them" so everyone runs around strafing and spamming arrows / spells

Morrowind eternal.

months ago Aris started streaming it

Bethesda shills deployed to hype up the Oblivion demake

Lots of TR updates

It's been a perfect storm

So just like Skyrim

Graphics not 4k and no epic kill cutscenes.

i fucking love morrowind glass armor, oblivion and skyrim's version do not have the pizazz

shouldn't it be called crystal armor instead?

the webms you posted just makes the game look cool

lower enchanting capacity than a nice shirt+pants

Criminal

this image caresses my brain

permanent brain damaged caused by being a boomer

you hate to see it

looks like shit

This is just elven with green trim.

open helmet

Cringe.

do people actually like this?

People pretend to have played it and enjoyed it for e-cred. In reality everyone knows it's a boring slogfest and you can read all that keckin epic lore online.

No lol

It's decent, but I prefer helms that cover the face.

Certified zero pizazz.

No quest marker, how the spruce do you know where to go?

what did you think it looked like?

it's a boring slogfest

He isn't in mournhold though

Acrobatics is an amazing skill

*blocks your path*

JCOt4Kl.png - 1000x757, 916.83K

yeah I even played it on the og xbox

replay the game recently

"oh shit, it's this fight"

btfo him effortlessly

were people just retarded back then

like oblivion but older

tfw you play all three (yes three) elder scrolls games back to back with the same character and pretend its the same person in each game

What build do I need to use to actually have fun with this game? I've tried to get into it several times before giving up an hour in, and I refuse to install mods to change the combat.

based Daggermorrowblivion chad

just use the weapon you put a major. If you put long blade and blunt. Use a long blade and blunt weapon. Have your green stamina bar full and hold and click when fighting before releasing. Congrats you mastered the combat and can clear everything

You use whatever you spec into. Never fight when you have no stamina. Thats really all there is to it.

My argonian magic spear-knight can't wear closed helms.

Why are you people so fucking dumb?

The kino way to play, especially a mer.

you walk at 0.00000003 miles per hour.

That dude has 312 speed my man

Is bow actually good?

yah, but you start walking at the speed of a 600 lbs diabetic.

took me too long to realize the damage range on a weapon was the damage scale from the beginning to end of the wind up animation

im trying it for the first time and its not bad, even gets a hidden 1.5x sneak attack bonus

So what's the verdict on the Tamriel Rebuilt update? Wondering whether to pick it up again or wait for the update to rework Sundered Scar and finish the Hlaalu lands

What build do I need to use to actually have fun with this game?

anything with magic.

Do a dark elf nightblade mage sign.
Or high elf mage
Or breton Sorceror

People got excited for Oblivion Remastered and started playing it but then remembered that Oblivion is garbage so they switched to Morrowind.

Narsis is kino. Unironically probably the best, most dense city in any CRPG, with shit to find and do around every corner. But it sounds like Poison Song isn't too far off, and if you want to do a full Hlaalu playthrough, it may be worth waiting. Maybe look into if they're planning on saves to stay compatible with the next release?

The bow's really good at fucking up pterodactyls, and trust me there's a lot of those.

There's always going to be another release around the corner. May as well play now if you're in the mood for it. Grasping Fortune is great.

Where are the bonus TR starting races at? Or are those not official?

I believe theyve said PS is most likely for Q1 next year on their discord
Yeah, true. I mostly just wanna wait till Wealth Beyond Measure is done to do a mega Hlaalu playthru but I don't really wanna wait like 18 months. Might just give it a go now

does openmw have any decent survival mods? I just want something to nerf resting or remove resting without beds

Lord of the Rings

piss meter

Really lmao? Did the Made in Abyss dude make this mod?

I've been going down the list of premade classes and trying them out. from 2001-2023 I always just made my own.
I'm about to start a "Healer" and I'm really excited.

lol
dogshit

They did add a couple Redoran questlines
if you wanted to give those a go, and wait for Wealth Beyond Measure for your mega Hlaalu playthrough. That way you don't need to go through the Hlaalu questline twice or put your progress with it on hold.

Yeah, it's stronger than you'd expect. Enchanted arrows can really hurt.
Magic falls behind lategame at hitting hard, but it's fantastic for huge AoE nukes.

I can't do it. I can't finish tribunal. It's just so fucking boring.

no mantle of woe

NGMI

I was thoroughly entertained for all of Tribunal. You literally talk to every NPC and they give you a zany quest with great rewards. The main quest itself is fun and pretty fast paced. Bloodmoon is the snoozer IMO. They just drop you off on island with copy paste crypts and force you to do a gay Viking ritual.

slop

It was crashing every 30 min so I couldn't

then or now

Done them
Honestly I enjoyed hopping around all over Solstheim. Maybe that's what it was for, Acrobatics/Alteration chads

he's probably playing the Xslop version like a pleb

I believe theyve said PS is most likely for Q1 next year on their discord

Ah, guess it's further away than I realized. And I forgot that Wealth Beyond Measure is going to be the one to finish Hlaalu.

I'm a zoomer and I play it. it's good.

Have they said how the Indoril and Dres questlines are going to work? It would suck if joining them locks you out of all vanilla Great House content in Vvardenfell.

King Incelth's quests were so stupid, it hurts.
I don't even bother with them anymore.

TR plus Oblivion remaster reigniting people's interest in the series

I found them kind of funny/ based. Nothing like doing the dirty work for a piece of shit politician.

That part of Morrowind is absolutely superior to Oblivion and Skyrim. Instead of making you sift through menus and tabs for shit it's all right there at once.

Does Morrowind have the best UI of any RPG? It's funny how a 23 year old RPG managed to be more efficient than the desperate, soulless, minimalism we see today.

zoom zoom overwhelmed by windows

bro needs to lay off the sugar

I don't see any children in it

What point is best to do the mainland content? I was thinking about halfway thru the MQ maybe, does TR require you to visit mainland councilors and tribes to become hortator?

Also do you get locked out of TR quests if you're the leader of the faction like in vanilla?

We did, and it was glorious.

cant go back to morrowind after playing gothic, the world feels too static and fake
any good immersion mods to fix that?

you like WoW do you lil zoom?

Narsis is kino. Unironically probably the best, most dense city in any CRPG, with shit to find and do around every corner

pretty big words for a mod

on release
