The Switch 2 is a premium console with premium games. Nintendo has a rule about price matching physical and digital games which is why games like Terraria cost more on Switch than any other platform.
Imagine that but devs are now forced to use a 64 GB card that Nintendo takes a huge cut on. Games are going to cost more on Switch.
