He must have retard levels of HP because I didn't one shot him and my stendhal hits were always over 30m.

I did it too, but I did it with Verso going blap blap with the weapon that gives you AP on level up. Scientists double damage and AP maxxing with things like contamination/rewarding mark you get like 25+ shots off and then follow up on a marked target explodes.
It was how I did low level sprong before the end of Act 2. Monoco spamming shields and AP with Creuler Barrier, and Verso with the sword that gives you another turn if you basic attack. Had Lune just for ET+Genesis as the third just to speed up. Maelle wasn't worth it at thay time, but that's only because I was swift striding and pyrolyze/rain of fire loop didn't do much because of burn damage also being capped.
