I upgraded from a 1660 ti to a 5070 ti, so I really can't complain. It was like edging for 7 years and then ejaculating to the incredible performance leap. Retards who upgrade every one or two gens are really the ones who complain the most.

For that price definitely yes. The 8 gb of vram is unlikely to be a serious problem until the next gen of consoles. You won't be able to max everything but you also won't be missing much.
