It's always been this way. Sony and Nintendo don't even need better hardware to win. I have heard nothing about a new xbox console. The only thing I've heard is the handheld. Even then, no point since by the time it comes out, Steam will be releasing it's second Deck. Without exclusives, Microsoft should just step away from hardware and focus solely on their software/games etc.

Yeah there were rumors and leaks about it like a year ago before the PS5 Pro. It was right around the time of the whole "no disc drive" fiasco with the PS5. And how Microsoft plans on moving away completely from physical. The pro version is supposed to be completely digital with no disc support along with their next console being strictly digital only, no disc drive at all, not even as an add-on. It's like their trying as hard as possible to kill off Xbox brand completely. I mean we all know their end game is try and force people towards PC, because Windows. But that retarded plan only works if you successfully kill off Playstation and Nintendo first...they're working backwards killing off Xbox which is just comical. And the hand held shit is also retarded because mobile phones and Nintendo have the handheld market corned already. PSP was successful but Vita got little to no support whatsoever. And Xbox can't even make a decent console without shooting themselves in the foot...we're supposed to believe they're going to make a successful handheld? Yeah fucking right.
