They can't. Mass Effect franchise had a triple A budget. Triple A budgets come with a lot of stipulations now. Your best hope is that a double A game gets made that's similar that's hugely succesfull. Then later on they manage to get a triple A budget for a sequel but WITHOUT being infected by those SJW fucks. It's just not really going to happen.

Well yeah, it's the closest thing to a decent Star Trek RPG, and Star Trek always took place in some liberal utopia and featured inter-species politics. That doesn't mean it wasn't good at times, it just was never realistic.
Even Starfield is less fag-coded than Outer Worlds, and there's still fags even in that game (that can at least be ignored unlike Outer Worlds). Even that's not a replacement for Mass Effect thoughbeit for the same reason I mentioned above: ME is very Star Trek in it's themes and Starfield is more like The Expanse or even Firefly in both the aesthetic and because aliens just aren't a thing.

Cyberpunk was a cautiously hopeful concept, especially back in the 80s. It was like "look at all these cool concepts that are THIS CLOSE TO BEING REALITY, but look at how we can fuck it all up."
William Gibson and Neal Stephenson predicted a lot of cool shit that ended up coming true in some form.
