VAs have longer careers but they are morely strongly separated from the characters they play thus there isn't a dissonance between a 40 year old voicing a high schooler, and a 40 year old acting like a high schooler on a stream.

I’m pretty sure the game expects you to have the deluxe content on your save though so if you play this but then only buy the standard version of the game, the save will probably be incompatible.

Am I doing the same thing for each job? How deep is say artistry? Does it change or get more difficult as I reach higher levels? Is it just the same mini game start to end for 50+ hours? Legitimately asking

There's 3 categories of jobs that do the same thing
Combat - find and kill the monsters with dodges and shit
Gathering - find and locate specific resources in the world and then do a minigame with them
Crafting - use ingredients gained from the above to make items in a minigame
When I was a kid and played the original I basically mained one job and barely did the others and had a ton of fun
iirc in the original the minigame stayed the same but the timing for PERFECT items was pretty tight
i'm barely into this one so i couldn't tell you if it gets harder, but going off the skill tree that has things to make things easier, i would ASSUME higher rank crafting and whatnot is even harder to get PERFECTs for
Hell no. That's definitely a rough estimate they're going for, and after playing this game for the past 6 hours I can say with confidence this will take longer than 100 hours to completely 100% it. It's basically FL but bigger, and that took me 200 hours to complete
i doubt they include maxxing every job when they say compelte
i imagine mastering lives is gunna be slightly faster in this thanks to the skill tree exp boosts and the quick life swapping

i didn't unlocked it yet but at the end of the character creation the game said you can change it later
i'm doing the quests
but pay off the 10k dosh first to unlock the dragon so you can fast travel to the capital as well, makes it faster
