Verso is the Machiavellian archetype, he's willing to literally anything to accomplish his goals

Verso is the Machiavellian archetype, he's willing to literally anything to accomplish his goals.
There is no line he didn't cross.

gestrals in good

especially esquie

they're all true neutrals

I mean when you goal is to literally die it makes everyone else on the planet expendable as who cares if they die as you will be dead soon anyways and there is no real point to other people existing if you don't exist.

Esquie is not a gestral and Monoco is special because he based on their dog.

A man trying to save his broken wife and daughter who are addicted drugs is lawful evil

?

By killing innocents people.
Should be pretty easy to connect the dots.

No. Letting your son's soul finally find peace is not an evil thing.

I assume you would have no problem if I stepped on and crushed your child's skull if it meant I would save mine by doing it.
Flawless moral system, I am sure you're not a hypocrite, and you have thought this through.

Retarded comparison. The creator of world is dead, and the last vestige of his soul is being forced to paint even though it wants to stop. What kind of father what condemn his son's soul to torment just so people who don't even exist can live? Especially when his wife and daughter are actively killing themselves to indulge in an unhealthy fantasy?

That anon is right, you lost.

Can I go to a cancer treatment facility and start killing people because "they're already dying"?
The last remnant of Verso's soul wasn't forced to paint by anyone that's headcanon.

Nope.
Stop with the retarded analogies please. Aline allowed Painted Verso to meetup with the piece of real Verso's spirit that was still in the canvas. And when Painted Verso told the soul it's time to stop painting, it readily attempted to take his hand. Which means that Aline could've easily let her son's soul rest, but chose to keep it painting just so she could stay in the canvas.

Esquie

The creature who exists to save people when they fall at their lowest

Not Good

Nigga he appeared out of nowhere to save Sciel from killing herself by drowning.

That’s a really good alignment chart and I find it well represented. Nice.

An autistic assburger like yourself should not weigh in on morality as you have brain damage and can’t really understand it.

And when Painted Verso told the soul it's time to stop painting, it readily attempted to take his hand.

Verso tries to influence the painting soul to stop, after he promised he will do everything he can bring everyone back

He really is a piece of shit.

No argument

You are deranged

There's literally no difference between Aline and Alicia by the time the game ends.
None

Mr fuck the mission, who cares about protocol and promises

lawful

Huh?

That's like saying that Hitler and I are the same.
Sure, I believe the Jews control the world, but I didn't kill 271k of them.

tries to influence the painting soul to stop

No, he just says its time to stop and it stops willingly, almost like it always wanted too.

ok tierlist but renoir should be lawful good and Verso neutral good.
I dont think Aline is chaotic evil but if there was a chaotic stupid category you could put her and Maelle into it.

villain who deserves everything done to them

Aline
Alicia
Painted Verso

only acted violently to achieve a noble goal or for survival

Renoir
Painted Renoir
Clea

did nothing wrong

Sciel
Lune
Painted Alicia
Painted Clea
Esquie
Julie
Golgra

too good for the game

Monoco
Gustave

renoir should be lawful good and Verso neutral good.

Fuck no. Especially Verso, NE is his perfect alignment.

based take

both stay in the world, grieving and manipulating everything while protecting it

Tell me the differences between what Aline did and what Alicia does in her ending.

You do realize verso sided with painted Renoir and then Renoir, right?
And his ending is doing what Renoir couldn't do.

Alicia did not create fucked up immortal simulacrum of her family.
It's no coincidence that all of them, except painted Renoir, killed themselves.

Alicia literally recreated the simulacrum of her brother who REPEATEDLY asked her to kill him, forced him to stay alive and play for her as her puppet.
Again, tell me the differences

powerful enough to one shot every enemy without effort

can swim, fly and dive underwater but won't because muh rocks

Esquie was painted by Verso to be a literal excuse to go on adventure for the simplest reason a child could come up with - "he-he... lost his rocks! a-and now he must find them because... he needs his rocks!"

That has nothing to do with Renoir's motivation. Verso's soul is only "suffering" because of what is being done to the canvas with Aline/Renoir/Clea fucking around in it, it's not like it wants to be destroyed. Renoir is simply a practical person who, while understanding the importance of the canvas and the creations in it, is able to overlook those things for the sake of his family. He is not wrong for trying to destroy the canvas, but there's nothing noble about destroying your son's beloved creations.

there's nothing noble about destroying your son's beloved creations.

He's mostly destroying Aline's creations.
Verso's soul is fucking done so it's not like he'd care.

too based

>too good for the game

Monoco

Gustave

Simon and real Verso as well.

Alicia literally recreated the simulacrum

She didn't recreate him, that's your headcanon.
Aline painted him immortal, his hair naturally turned white at some point, he said that himself.

Again, tell me the differences

I already told you two times, you don't want to listen.

He does care. He values the paintings very much and wants them to be protected, but seeing his beloved creations be torn apart and invaded by horror abominations is what makes him think it might be best to just leave it all. Remember the fading child isn't a representation of the real adult Verso like a remnant of his dead psyche, he's not saying things like "I'm dead in real life please let me die for good", it's more like a reflection of the sentiments of child Verso when he made the canvas. So in the end it's just a child who made a canvas to have fun and create nice things with his family.

When you find out that Verso let Gustave die on purpose it's very clear that he deserves to suffer for eternity

He values the paintings very much and wants them to be protected

Based on what, did I miss something?

I agree completely with this except maybe Lune who I would say is pretty much exactly like Gustave, there's nothing not good about her way of thinking or what she wants. I think Clea would be very fitting for Lawful Neutral since she is a no-nonsense person who wants order restored in her family and is willing to do what it takes to achieve that, but in the end is neutral in the central conflict of Maelle preserving the canvas and staying in it vs. Renoir destroying it.

Child Verso says that all painted creations are beautiful and thinks they have souls, not just his own. His Gestrals and pets, Aline's Lumierians, maybe even the Nevrons.
He's just sickened by all the violence and strife.

I think Clea would be very fitting for Lawful Neutral

I agree with this. Lune and Gustave should share LG, Clea is the perfect LN

Painted Alicia should be in too good for the game she wanted everyone to be happy.

HMMMMMM? Did I miss something, because I don't remember anything about a child Verso that speaks.

That spectre of a boy you keep running into in the world is a fragment of Verso he placed in the canvas when painting it as a kid

Oh, I didn't even pick up on that for some reason.

Machiavellian archetype, he's willing to literally anything to accomplish his goals.

too good for the game

Monoco

It was kind of sad watching Monoco lament the fate of the world but having to say nothing and help destroy it because he was painted to be loyal to Verso.

The entire Dessandre family are in the Evil category since they all act for selfish reasons. Maelle is chaotic evil.
Esquie is true neutral, Monoco is chaotic neutral.
Sciel is arguably neutral good.

All the NPCs in the painting are neutral because they are just acting according to how they were painted.
The Painters are all good because they painted the world and get to choose the morality.
And there were no evil characters. There were retarded characters like Aline or Maelle but even they werent evil.
