The idea of having raids and more PvE centric content was a good one, that shit wasn't available in the playtest, but if they bring over as much of that as they can from Destiny it will help the game have its own identity compared to the other extraction shooters and will give the PvEfags something to do.

The reason for the string of high profile failures is chasing streaming audiences and clout instead of delivering a product people actually want or passionately working on something.

But a hero shooter depends upon recognisable silhouettes- because different heroes have such different playstyles and you need to quickly recognise them to adjust your tactics - but silhouette recognition prevents customising gear.
