Vidya needs attractive and tastefully sexy women. Something pleasant to look at, like a field of flowers on a bright and sunny day. Or not, gritty and ugly games have their place too. Characters can also have their attractiveness be carried by their personality even if they look a bit ugly, like Ivy from Deadlock. I personally prefer this.
Sex is also fine to have in a game. A well executed sex scene with buildup can definitely enhance a game, while a badly executed sex scene can hinder it.

Anon... every western made AAA game in the past decade or two has full blown graphic SEX SCENES in them. Every ass creed in the past decade, all Mass Effect, Cyberpunk, all Witcher and ect. They all have sex scenes. No they aren't needed... but here we are.

if it's part of a narrative I always find it really gay and unrealistic, if im reading/watching/playing something and the characters have sex it's a bit of an eyeroll moment for me.

If you are playing an RPG where you get to romance girls, it's nice to have sex as an additive, reward at some point in the relationship.

Most of the time, it doesn't need to be there, and if anything, it acts like a crutch to support weak characters and writing. A simple fade to black is enough if you want the characters to be intimate.

The difference from real life is that in a videogame someone had to create a character specifically like that, while in real life, more often than not people are born with those features (not talking about Nicki here since she's just plastic), so when there's a character with big tits and/or ass it's implied that there some kind of motive for it to be like this.
