The retard admits he doesn't even know what settings to do to match the switch's resolution in your video. He admits he just grabbed the top-rated community preset and applied it, which is going to be aiming for a consistent 60fps over better looking textures.
Granted PCDR did a good job optimizing stuff but if you just slap whatever preset from the community page is there then go "LOOK SWITCH 2 GOODER!!!" it's pretty meaningless. I'm personally in the bag of people that would take a consistent 60FPS with lower graphics over but I still understand how to fucking change options.

This is best case scenario for a handheld though. DLSS is a great piece of tech for a handheld system and will be beneficial for Switch game performance.

History is bound to repeat itself, especially when the Switch 2 CPU is so weak and most games are currently CPU bottlenecked. Cyberpunk being forced to upscale from 540p even when docked is most likely due to CPU constraints since it's an open world game. That's why the PS4 version ran so poorly too, the PS4 CPU was godawful.
