It's one of the few games last year I had actual "fun" playing. Same with all the steamworld games really.
Shared universe, so not for the story in a general sense, but a lot of specific details will be missing, like why the different types of robots are aligned the way they are.

Steamworld Build is incredibly fun and underrated.
I'm still kinda shocked we even got this game at all. These fags need to be better at advertising. Their games are mega-soulful but they never get any attention because no one knows they fucking exist.
Fossil Fighters was the shit.
I don't think I've seen a single thread on this game. It's survival crafting slop on the surface but plays closer to an immersive sim with low to no grinding, an actual plot, and minimal base building bullshit. Just find an office/cafeteria/random hallway and throw up some defenses and a stove and you're set.

This pixelated mess of a mech game called Metal Bringer. Something about being able to continue fighting as the pilot after your mech explodes then build a new mech from parts of dead enemies to continue is something I've tried looking for in other mech games.

Really? I liked it just fine as a city builder fag. It was easy mode and only a few hours, but it was fun and hit the right buttons. Story was shit I admit. Also I played most of the new maps, but even I concede there's no real fucking point to them.
Played the first one of these just the other month, it was actually pretty good.

This beat'em'up is amazing. Looks cute as fuck, feels impactful, and has good buildcrafting potential. I saw all the content at around 20 clears and I'm now at 100 just because it's that much fun.

This game was all over Anon Babble at some point. Personally I'm not buying it any time soon because never pay more than 20 dollars for a videogame. It goes on sale for juuuuuuuuuust barely 20 dollars but I'm not taking that risk with that supsicious character creator until it's way cheaper.

Makes you feel like you're actually surviving in a hostile environment instead of grinding for the next tier of metal or some bullshit like that. HAs basebuilding, but it's optional and quite taxing so it feels satisfying to build a little cabin because it took nearly all of your stamina to make a single wall.
I just got through the reactors (hated the cloud Reactor segment - the other one with wave defense was unironically easier)
Started what I think is the last of the current content, with the portal that has witches in it.
I really despise all of the auto aim - near instant death Gatling guys the developers have taken to just dropping everywhere in a bid to control player movement - its fucking lazy ass game design, worse than the snipers earlier in the game.
This shit is soooo close to being a good game, but it feels like it just misses the mark on everything except the aesthetics, maybe the sound design too.
