Use that engine tweak mod that helps with stuttering if you experience any, maybe turn down volumetric fog, optinally the mod that lets cutscenes run at 60fps instead of 30.
But don't un-letterbox them, you're ruining the cinema.
Optionally some lewd outfits if you're feeling like it but you have to dig for one for the 16 year old girl, Nexus doesn't allow it.

Played it with a rtx3070 and 3700x and it ran fine at med/high
