as I can see, the game has no section explaining what the deluxe edition has, unlike most steam releases. and the game has switch console ui written all over it, like its goddamn A-train.
this clearly shows the devs are some draconing japs that cant into steam/pc development.
I fear that these draconian japs are gonna go after the people who are disabling anti cheat, and instead of just disabling multiplayer for them, they try to make disabling anti cheat impossible. and thus making a precedent for forcing anticheat in every singleplayer game with multiplayer side content.
big publishers will use this as a credible precident. this game has a steam banner, has outsold doom and costs AAA prices to buy.
I believe we should bring this matter to the attention of the devs on how to properly deal with no anticheat users so a disaster does not befall us.
on a positive note, feel free to talk about your memories from the 3ds version or what new things you discovering in the new version.

I can recognize a lot of things I like about the game as being polished up from the development of the FLO mobile game, and when I take a moment to think about what other things that could have been potentially added or improved upon with already having that benefit of borrowing from FLO, the wasted development time incurred during his stint really hurts to think about.

Buddies in a house can give you random quests that increase their friendship meter when done. Also you can go inside the houses and check out their unique decorations, I guess. This basically means the only people who should get to live in houses are the people you like the least and won't bring with you on adventures.

It just let's you do fetch quests for them which raises affinity so you can max them out without having to actually use them. You can rotate residents whenever you want, it doesn't affect anything

Yes but it's akward and annoying. You have to talk to the pink guy in your guild and relocate a building (costs money) and you get a kit to move it somewhere but you can't move it somewhere where another building/object is which includes the house you want to move so if you want to make micro-adjustments you're basically screwed and have to relocate twice.
