I think the 1 being there and so tiny is simply meant to represent the fact that the dialogue changes when everyone stops the King at the end. I can't remember the specifics, but if you spare everyone, they want a new leader that accepts Lightners, and if you try to kill everyone they show up for some other reason that I forgot about. I think that's the only reason why it's here and 3 will probably be the same, big Chapter 2 level dialogue & context changes without it being a different route or scene entirely.

First time finding out about the Nintendo Dream exclusive stuff? February's issue had a 2025 Undertale calendar, and I think one of the newer ones comes with a schedule book straight up. This is without mentioning even older issues, which also featured a 2019 calendar and then another came with a damn CD. There's a reason Japan effectively has a permanent physical Undertale store with Fangamer GIGO, went there and I swear 1/3 of the place was just Undertale/Deltarune, they even had the Stay Determined tee on stock which I think sold out in the US a year before I visited it. You really underestimate just how much of a hit Undertale was in Japan specifically, they love the stupid dog.
