Have fun with arthritis at 30 LMAO

33 year old boomer here

Still no back pain or wrist pain. Maybe just don't have shit genes lmao

I got that from job, unemployed.

get a real chair and a padded mousepad

who are you quoting

padded mousepad

Your wrist is not supposed to touch anything if you want to keep it.

this
32 years on this planet, still no back pain or wrist issues

been using titty mousepads for almost 10 years, my wrist is in perfect condition despite sitting at a desk for 10-15 hours per day almost every day

this is the exact posture i slip into when without noticing when after taking an edible.

I'm right.

Give it 5 years.

post body you lair.

Sorry I have a standing desk and a chair made for proper posture and not a car chair marketed for gamers.

I'm 37. Still no pain.

Keyboard and mouse is way healthier than any controller. Enjoy your blisters and detached thumbs you fucking retard.

NOT SO FAST

I've been more fucked up by hours of cutting meat and vegetables in a kitchen or by bad mattresses than I've ever been by anything PC related.

PC master race

still can't master wireless gamepads

200w.gif - 200x156, 1.46M

I've gamed for over 16h continuously multiple times and the only pain I had was some cramps on the ring finger of left hand from wasd and shift. Nothing on the right hand, idk how people get carpal tunnel.

need bad posture girlfriend

It’s interesting that a console is going to ship with a mouse but that looks like the worst mouse humanly possible.

I'm 34
I'm at my desk 14 hours a day
No back trouble
No wrist trouble
Perfect vision
Stop being an inferior subhuman

What's more important, proper posture or staying hydrated?

Halo CE plasma pistol.

39 here. Minor wrist pain when it's overworked. Giving it a rest makes it go away.
"Overworking" means I've been typing all day long.(this is typically when I'm arguing on Anon Babble and making 100 tldr posts in one day)
Or when I've been gaming literally all day long, like 16+ hours.
I also draw too. So when I'm typing or holding a controller, I'm doing a lot of strokes of the pen.

Considering the excessive use of my wrist, some pain is to be expected. If I wasn't an artist, or a Anon Babble degenerate, or prone to sleep deprived gaming binges, then I probably wouldn't have any problems with my wrist.

Staying hydrated. Proper posture doesn't matter. I shamelessly slouch when I sit but I also get enough exercise. Water is important though. You're mostly water. You need water.

Just 5 more years bro

We were supposed to writhe in pain at 30.

I'm 35, no issues here. Literally just stretch and exercise regularly. Eat reasonably healthy. It's not hard.

Same. Either genes or proper chairs. It's almost as if when you have a chair that fully supports your back and neck you don't get uncomfortable... It's just that most chairs people buy for offices and workplaces and even for their kids are made for low-value chattel slaves and they don't support your back properly.

41. No wrist or back pain, but my finger joints on my right hand are absolutely fucked from left clicking 10 billion times in stuff like SC and Diablo. I can’t game with a mouse anymore at all because it gets excruciating after a few minutes and the pain lasts for days. Triggers are still fine so I can use a controller, I’ve tried those vertical mice but they’re all made for midgets.

You can use a controller on PC. And low res. You are stuck with high res on consoles. And it comes at the cost of lower settings if not forced downgrades to all systems.

40 chad here, no real consequences yet.

the only times I've ever had back pain is because I had a really shitty chair and once I got rid of it, I was fine.

Literally a skill issue, just find a comfortable position to use the PC

I'm 35

41

adult men and still in Anon Babble
it was over before it even began

36 here

no pains, no bangs or other calamities of the body

he thinks he can ever leave

I’ve got some bad news, friend…

I've gotten pains from using a controller but never from mouse. Playing Tony Hawk trying to get those 10 mil scores can do a number for your hand.

Counterpoint: it's way less pathetic to be here when you're old and settled than it is when you're in your 20s and you should be at your social peak

Life gets a little more boring as you get older. You'll see.

GOLEM GET YE GONE

uses ring finger for shift

what the fuck are you on about

ITT lying PC fats

durrrr im 30 and feel fine!

You got so used to feeling bad that you think thats what normal is

mouse.jpg - 1034x766, 252.07K

Either that or you've been spamming infographics for a decade for nothing like a worked retard jabroni

I really doubt so many people would lie just to console war with retards like yourself

30 isn't that old.

you don't understand, 30 is YOUNG, mom

Im 36, dont have this and am more healthy now than i was at 18

gigachad.png - 912x846, 384.97K

I don't know how people can use keyboard on the monitor's table.
Is better near your hips.

im 30 bro and dont have any problems

Nerd.png - 578x549, 377.29K

This guy is clearly in high school.

I'm 28 it's about to be over for me, and I have no motivation to do anything about it before it's too late

It's never too late to ride a roller coaster

If you're not fat you can literally feel your bones and that's not how they spin xd

that's kyphosis, not arthritis. retard

30 isn't ol- ACK!

PeeCucks are the biggest CONSOOMer retards that pay up to 4k for a single component.

he's quoting me
except I'm 53
wrists like a 6 year old
waistline like an American
lol

sent from my iPhone

This is the perfect refutal to the whole "I'm 30+ and I'm fine!" argument. Truth is, our bodies start to slowly wither away and fall apart once we hit 30. That's not an opinion, that's a cold hard fact.

Middle is W, pinky is Shift, so ring is floating around with no pressure. The pressure around it is what makes it hurt.

im old i dont have this

then you're not a real gamer, full stop

People who fall for this picture don't have human arms.

Grown up people spend money on their hobbies in general, anon. Not just gaming.

What's wrong with his nail?

Shit posture just leads to more tension which is the general reason why people recommend better posture. The real enemy is not moving around. Stretch every so often and get active. If you sit in one spot too long that creates the tension, muscular degradation, and subsequent pain that follows. That kind of stuff is the thing that leads to major issues down the road. But if you haven't noticed anything in years then either you're real loose or you have a lifestyle a lot more active than you realize.

Pronation is a meme for movable mice. By all means, tent your keyboard, but this just doesn't work with the mouse due to various involuntary movements and forces.
You are better off mostly switching to a ball mouse to avoid the repetitive motions.

Doesn't this get hot in summer?

looks like it got ripped off. happened to me once with my big toe, it fuckin sucked

nah bro PC gaming aint bad for you

images (1).jpg - 287x175, 11.8K

How do you get this even or is this some aids joke?

Best VR are PC, though MetaQuest 3 just by itself is pretty good VR.
You stand all the time while playing plenty VR games. Good exercise. Good posture.
V R
R

all it takes is fucking up just once while lifting something and boom you're in pain for life
exercise will mitigate it but it's always there

Take a guess.

i used to get wrist pain from playing too much Insurgency then I cut up some packaging foam sheets to use as wrist rest and never had wrist pain since. didn't change posture, everything the same. make a wrist pad, anons.

Sitting on an office chair in front of a high refresh rate monitor is probably less harmful than sitting on a couch in front of a large TV, but it is not as comfortable.

he didn't do his facepulls and squats

time to get on TRT grandpa!

Fucked up his thumb nail, something like what said. With the guys thumb in that pic though, there could be something fungal also at play. Probably one of those very few cases where black nail-polish over it would be an acceptable fix. It'd look better than that yellowish staining near the tip.

32, no pain and feeling great

He ia sitting like that cuz that ""chair"" is shito back support is awful

already 40 and no arthritis.

What did he mean by this? Also I will say that having a baby is quite tiring. I can load wheel barrels of cement no problem. Move a couch from the first or second floor. No problem. But carrying a almost 2 year old child for 30 mins? My muscles are sore.

What gives?

You must have a phallic obsession.

he doesn't have air vents in his secret rape dungeons

What sadness, the state people live in thus days...

I didnt have back pain until I was 39. I threw out my back splitting wood though. I'm 43, no wrist pain.

Your standing desk?
