What am I in for anons?
parryslop
wrong tutorials
kino
Fucked up blurry graphics if you have more than 120 fps.
Just 100% the game this week.
Its hard at first, but then it just comes down to rhythm.
Best tips to give you is
1. Perfect parry is more forgiving than you think.
2. The further along you go, the easier bosses are when you learn to tap attack once and bait the boss into being parried some more.
Huh?
A ton of fun and a game from bothered to finish.
inferior ninja game
Doing a QTE, getting a sword clang in, than doing another QTE. Rinse and repeat.
sekino
don't play it like dark souls
remember, hesitation is defeat
Farm divine confetti from the blue robe samurai when you climb up the main castle and you’ll be pretty set for the game. Also learn how to parry

Ninja Gaiden II (2008)
Honestly I think a lot of the difficulty could have been avoided if the tutorials were a bit better. Personally, I spent way too much time missing the parry windows and not realizing it. All that struggle could have been avoided if Hanbei gave you a little feedback, like "too fast" or "too slow".
inb4 You're retarded
Yes, I know. No need to remind me.
Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge (2012)
Fromsoft's second best game
I pirated it and can't get my controllers to work so this is a shit game
(even adding it as a non-steam game doesn't work and emulating my controller a x360 doesn't work too)
Can't find an image but I swear the on-screen tutorial message for the Mikiri counter says that you have to push the stick and the dodge button when you're actually supposed to just press dodge when the thrust attack is about to hit.
The one in the menu and during the training on the other hand is correct.
Fromsofts best game
genichiro owes me sex
See I always thought you did have to be moving to mikiri counter, go figure
is the black edition good? or should i get the original?
fpbp
Try and play the original on Xenia
At least post the remaster, this looks like shit
remaster
too easy
A fun but exhausting game.
garbage starting area, a great game after the first boss
The stealth is kinda shit and after a while you'll probably realize that you're actually better off just YOLO-ing through everything.
The areas themselves outside of (mini)boss fights become almost a joke once you unlock shit like one of the "health back after deathblow" skills.
I still have no idea how lightning reversal really works.
The tutorial message tells you to jump, hit L1 and then R1 but IIRC just R1 also seemed to work.
Yeah you definitely only need to R1
They may have been leftover tutorials from a beta or something
Or buy and play the original on Xbox one/series. It's funny, you can buy all three versions of NG 2 on the xbox store.
Thought so.
It always struck me as something that was kinda halfassed in execution.
You get the message ten seconds before the boss who uses lightning, he only uses it in his third phase that at first may even take a while to get to so you can't really learn it, then the mechanic and "status effect" pretty much disappear for the next 15 or so hours and yet you still get eel livers here and there to protect against them.
~60 hours of fun, then you'll never touch it again.
A shota
38 minutes
you already know how the entire games goes then (except for a boss or two + the final one)
Make to download these and unfuck the shit game visuals and sound

The best *Clank* *Clank* *Foomp* you ever heard
Fun game but nothing mind blowing.
really janky controls and boss fights where you're scripted to lose.
graphics are fucking good though.
