I just don't see how they match or compliment each other. Something like a a small baked potatoes to absorb the juices of the steak seems better.

Both of those items are poorly cooked, the eggs are overdone and the steak is poorly seared.

I try to cook steak and it always comes out kinda eh, same with my rice, it's usually either too mushy out of the cooker, or the cooker turns the bottom of it into a brown rice cookie

Cooking every meat 404 that's not fish is just season with salt at least an hour before cooking or just before cooking, not inbetween. When cooking, (1) really high heat to sear (make sure you get that crust) then (2) low heat only if it's a fat piece of meat to cook the interior and keep flipping it (step order can be altered). Recommended to use a cooking thermometer though I don't really use it, I just feel the resistance of the meat to see if it's cooked.

Next steps would be to unlock basting, pan sauce, more seasoning, marinate, etc.
