Clearly took a lot from the style of Persona 5: the whole outcasts being suppressed by those in charge, the whole focus on a sleek UI aesthetic, and the slowly developing main story while you do faction of the week stories. And they gutted most of this shit to turn it into generic shounen power fantasy. The MCs are no longer supports but get constant asspull powerups, everyone including the cops, the military and the fucking mayor know their secret identity, and every character has to suck your cock saying how amazing (you) are. And now they are going to their chinaslop phase of the story, which based on past games doesn't inspire much confidence of them actually being able to make it good. 1.0 wasn't perfect, but it is crazy how much they rugpulled it.
