The Switch 2 is a brick until the day 1 patch. Journalists aren't getting sent a Switch 2 to review games on before release because the system essentially won't function until you download the day 1 patch. So even if someone breaks the street date it doesn't matter.

Not to mentioned journalists should be executed and dismembered
