VTM:Bloodlines has one part where the werewolves absolutely a threat, they can't easily be killed but they aren't the main antagonists of the game other vampires are.

Unfortunately enough though, vampire and werewolf weaknesses vary from one form of media to the next, but never to the benefit of the werewolf.
Some media don't have the whole "can only be killed with silver" stuff which we see in things like Underworld where decapitation does the job just as well. For vampires weakness removal sometimes works in its favor like the whole "you actually need to be a believer" version of their weakness to the cross.
