That would never happen because GW already considers Space Marines to be superior Psykers to Eldar, and they actively want to downplay Eldar involvement in 40k's narratives so that the Imperium appears more heroic.
Space Marine 3 will be about Orks and Black Legion, and if it involves Titus becoming a Psyker they'll put Tigurius in to be a mentor.

Titus and friends (also Leandros) go to work on the planet and ontheir way to the objective, the meet Eldar Psyker and her retinue, Leandros immediately whips out Relic Bolt Pistol and Crozius and attacks them on sight, leading to Titus and friends to engage the Eldars

Eldar Psyker is pissed at Titus, Titus eventually manages to subdue Leandros

Will the gameplay be satisfying and make you actually feel like a Space Marine this time? Seriously it's fucking embarrassing how stiff and bullet spongey absolutely everything is, I get it's for LE GAMEPLAY but if you make a game about space marines the power level should scale, not be downgraded into some shitty third person shooter where bolt guns feel like ASS to use and movement is artificially slow despite Space Marines being deceptively fast.

It'll be Necrons and Chaos again. If the game has Titus front and centre then it'll always have chaos due to his weird resistence to the warp.

BUT, just in case anybody here is a top saber dev, please do Necrons and Orks, that'd be a proper fight

fucking fix melee in pvp you bitches. There is very little reason to get locked into parry/counterstrike/strike duels in pvp. Warhammer combat has always revolved around ranged exchanges that devolve into a melee. Unless you are pic rel but even then tau is just a game of trying to kill them before melee and if not you lose.
Also left 4 dead esc tyranid vs marine asymmetric pvp game mode plz.

I would also argue time to kill is slightly too high in pvp and pve, even on normal difficulty. The average latency doesn't support lower ttk.

nobody really fights chaos well, even the nids got their shit kicked in at baal. Only reason the primarchs are real shit is that they are (probably) minor warp gods the big E stole from chaos. This galaxy is just too corrupted by chaos at this point even the nids hive mind was freaked out by demons.
