That would never happen because GW already considers Space Marines to be superior Psykers to Eldar, and they actively want to downplay Eldar involvement in 40k's narratives so that the Imperium appears more heroic.
Space Marine 3 will be about Orks and Black Legion, and if it involves Titus becoming a Psyker they'll put Tigurius in to be a mentor.
They're adding Tau as a friendly faction that shows the Space Marines how to really fight Chaos

The Imperium doesn't give a damn about that. In fact some of them actively hunt Eldad specifically because of that, not to feed Slaanesh but rather to subject the Eldar to eternal torment.

Leandros imposes his presence on Titus during a mission after his latent Psyker abilities are unlocked by some eldar because he wants to test Titus' purity before actually contacting the big =][= again and probably gettin his head crushed under Calgar's Power Boot
Titus and friends (also Leandros) go to work on the planet and ontheir way to the objective, the meet Eldar Psyker and her retinue, Leandros immediately whips out Relic Bolt Pistol and Crozius and attacks them on sight, leading to Titus and friends to engage the Eldars
Eldar Psyker is pissed at Titus, Titus eventually manages to subdue Leandros
