Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Donate your money instead of supporting bad business practices?

It doesn't matter if I do or don't?

Meh
Yes
Mario Kart bundle
None, I play SW1 games at 4k60 on my PC
None
Colosseum/XD but with working GBA<>GCN connectivity.

I'm not buying bing bong woohho console for from software game same way I didnt buy no games 5

What did you think of the Direct?

I liked Mario Kart and Donkey Kong but absolutely nothing in between was of interest to me, don't care about the From game now that I know it's multiplayer-focused.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes

Which games are you buying?

The above two for sure and there are a few Switch 1 games that I've passed on due to performance that I'll pick up if they have free performance patches, like Xenoblade 3/X and Bayonetta 3.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Probably none, none of them look worth it.

Which accessories are you buying?

Just the Pro controller, maybe the GameCube one if it isn't scalped to shit

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Eternal Darkness and Wario World

eh
hell no

What did you think of the Direct?

I don't like the switch 2. I wanted vr and dual screen gameplay similar to wii u. instead I got physical drm and a button you need to pay a subscription to use

Are you buying Switch2?

no

Which games are you buying?

none

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

none

Which accessories are you buying?

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Prime 4, MKW, and DK
Probably none, don't care that much
Probably just a screen protector
Monkey Ball 2 and SA2 Battle please

Already preordered

Why are you proud of paying too much?

I wanted vr and dual screen gameplay

How retarded are you to expect that from nintendo?

they did it in the past. I guess this is nutendo though

I could, money is not a big problem, but sincerely this direct was plain shit, the console doesn't even feel like and upgrade, the games are still looking like shit and now they rised the price for everything.
Nintendo just stop trying to look like the good guys of videogames, they are now in their villain arc and literally say *fuck you, we don't care anymore* to everyone.

6749571458.jpg - 266x189, 7.7K

What did you think of the Direct?

I like the mouse controls and am looking forward to a 3rd party mouse that won't be cancer to hold. Splatoon 4 with mouse controls will be peak.

Are you buying Switch2?

Not yet. If Silk song is an exclusive I will buy immediately.

Which games are you buying?

Prime 4 when a good 3rd party mouse comes out, Mario Kart for funsies.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Mario Party to play shitty wagglin' with the family

Which accessories are you buying?

I'm buying that camera, I love shitty motion controls unironically

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

I already have every GC I want on my Steam Deck.

I have a job.
1. It's too expensive and artificially inflated price (Japanese version is literally $330)
2. Games are way too fucking expensive, this isn't the 80s/90s anymore
3. All the controllers are still well priced
4. I will get the GameCube controller and a Pro controller for PC use while I wait for the console/games to drop in price

It's not that it's not affordable. The problem is that no game should be over $50.

The only vr game they released was practically confirmed to not work on switch 2 since the first teaser, jesus christ

What did you think of the Direct?

7.5 out of 10
Are you buying Switch2?
Day one

Which games are you buying?

Out of the confirmed games: Donkey Kong, Mario Kart, and Tears of the Kingdom(haven’t played it yet, was waiting for the switch 2 version)
If the Metaphor and the Oblivion remake end up getting ported this year, those too.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None

Which accessories are you buying?

Pro Controller

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO?

lol

What did you think of the Direct?

Good overall

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?
I have a PC

Loved everything about it. Gonna be buying one on launch.

I have a big enough backlog of switch games, I'll just get the totk upgrade
The fan in my switch broke two years ago, I need to blow an external one on it so it doesn't overheat.

if you want to spend $500+ for a console with ps4 tier hardware and no new features more power to you. i'm not going to spend any amount of money on a console with nothing that appeals to me, especially when it's from a scumbag company like nintendo

What did you think of the Direct?

utter garbo except for some tendie homo

Are you buying Switch2?

not until they put out an oled version

Which games are you buying?

pokèmon and fromslop

Which accessories are you buying?

none

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

PHANTASY STAR ONLINE 2

What did you think of the Direct?

It was fun, a bright future but we already went trough this rodeo with wii u and 3rd parties so time will tell

Are you buying Switch2?

absolutely

Which games are you buying?

probably none lol, I have plenty on my backlog

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Metroid, Pokemon ZA and hopefully Xenoblade 3 and X

Which accessories are you buying?

Pro controller for sure, love pro 1, can't wait for this one

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

dunno, never had one, I guess Bloody Roar 3

Splatoon 4 with mouse controls will be peak.

Gyro is superior unironically

the only company that cares about games first and makes great multiplayer ones

kek, nintendo hasn't been about the hardware power since the wii

What did you think of the Direct?

Terrible, only one game I was interested in, *maybe* 2 but kirby is for toddlers.

Are you buying Switch2?

Not with only one game

great multiplayer ones

didn't they remove splitscreen from the new mariokart?

What did you think of the Direct?

Meh

Are you buying Switch2?

Maybe to hack it. 1st iteration stuff is usually what gets hacked first, so I'll chuck it into the closet for a year until someone releases a jailbreak if I do end up buying one.

Which games are you buying?

So far the only thing I really gave a shit about was Kirby's Air Ride. If Monolith puts out another Xeno game, I guess that

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None

Which accessories are you buying?

None

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Phantasy Star Online with online functionality (it will NEVER EVER happen)

Jesus Christ they won't remove a feature that has been on every home console Mario Kart to date since the very first one, they didn't show split screen on 8 launch trailers either

mk8.png - 1067x691, 768.81K

What did you think of the Direct?

Good. Games games games.
Are you buying Switch2?
I guess so since there's a fromsoft exclusive now
Which games are you buying?
Duskbloods and wheelchair basketball
Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?
None
Which accessories are you buying?
Don't know
Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?
I don't know

If you wanna preorder this for $500 dollars with no guarantee of splitscreen that's on you.

it's always >muh poorfags when god awful pricing comes into question jej

Yes, because even without splitscreen I can play online with my bros, and even then, it will have splitscreen and you will regret being this much of a poorfag retard lmao

This thread is for people who have jobs.

Hope you're confident you'll be keeping it if you're planning to splurge.

Anyway, the Direct convinced me to buy a Deck at the end of the year, if it seems safe to do so. Similar price point, way more games, and the games are cheaper. Also, buying a console at launch is retarded. Just wait until end of life. Did Wii U teach you nothing?

Ironically, buying shit just to look rich is classic poorfag behavior. It's even a big part of how they stay poorfags.

What did you think of the Direct?

Cool

Are you buying Switch2?

Probably when either Duskblood or Air Riders come out

Which games are you buying?

Above. Maybe Mario Kart

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None

Which accessories are you buying?

None

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Don't care

What did you think of the Direct?

not enough hard info.

Are you buying Switch2?

waiting to see how it handles backwards compatibility.
also grumpy about the empty game cartridges that do nothing but link an online download, that's actually disgusting to me. will have to see how far that cancer spreads.

What do you mean "if it feels safe to do so"?

i want the switch 2 to be tiny and cute like a woomy

What did you think of the Direct?

No idea what that is.

Are you buying Switch2?

Hell no lmao nintendo games are and always have been trash

Which games are you buying?

None

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None

Which accessories are you buying?

None

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

None

Im not going to buy Switch 2 until probably a few years in when a bunch of games go for half price on Black Friday. Donkey Kong looked sweet, Mario Kart I could see playing but I see nothing to insta buy.
Wonder how much those "expansion passes" cost, I'd fuck with buying the same game for 20$ and upgrading for 20$, but I doubt theyd make it that cheap

Economic downturn is pretty likely. Basically assuming I keep my job/my wages keep up with inflation as USD loses value. Vidya isn't a necessity if things aren't looking good.

that framerate on game streaming

I would never want to watch my friends stream because of that.

What did you think of the Direct?

Didn't watch it, just the Mario Kart trailer. Looked cool.

Are you buying Switch2?

I'll wait for a sale probably. Not sure yet. I vtube too so it might be worth it financially to get one on/near release and play with subs or something

Which games are you buying?

If I do get one then I'll probably get Mario Kart.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

I don't own a Switch so I dunno.

Which accessories are you buying?

A controller? I guess? Can you use regular Switch pro controllers with it? Because I have one of those.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

I don't care. I still own my Gamecube and I'm not going to pay a subscription fee to play games I already own.

The economy is going to improve by the end of the year. Trump is working on it.

What did you think of the Direct?

It was good, I was pleasantly surprised by a few of the game announcements and some of the improvements they made to the console itself were pretty appealing to me. I've got complaints with the digital key cartridges, no hall effect sticks, low battery and internal storage but if I had my way the Switch 2 would end up pricing out the casual market.

Are you buying Switch2?

As soon as I can.

Which games are you buying?

All the Nintendo exclusives except wheelchair basketball

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None, if I've bought it and played it already I'm not gonna get it again unless there are substantial gameplay additions.

Which accessories are you buying?

Just the Pro Controller, I think. And a fancy micro SD card if that counts.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Chibi Robo comes to mind, I loved that game.

Trump working on it is why it looks this way, but I digress, not vidya.

This thread is for people who have jobs.

This is the day 1 cope then is it?
People who think your Playschool Tablet Redux is overpriced dogshit that is bragging about technology from 2013 is now "poor."

lol. lmao.

If the Lord see fit hopefully I get an email about it. I got in when the preorder registration went live and when I revisited the page after Nintendo's site went down presumably cause of everyone trying to preorder one, and it still showed me as having registered.
I'd like to get one on launch or hopefully by July, get some Mario Kart and DK in.
I'm going to get the Mario Party Jamboree and Kirby NS2 upgrades definitely, and probably for any 2025 titles like Metroid or Pokemon.

Since Switch 1 controllers will still work on Switch 2 I think I'm still good to go as far as accessories go. But I might eventually get a Pro 2 if just for the headphone jack and the back paddles

Pretty good. Excited about MK World and DK Bananza

Same honestly. New DK game looks fire. Kinda wanted there to be a new 3D Mario announced, but other than that it was cool

I thought it was pretty good
yes
mario kart and maybe an fps to use the mouse feature
squids that are kids that are squids
a mouse peripheral if one is made and the new pro controller
twilight princess

But I'm gaining value that I perceive to be equal or higher to what I'm paying

I thought it WAS a 3D Mario until I saw the Diddy-like NPCs

I think it's shit
I bought a PC instead.

nothing in that direct made me want to buy the console
i'll just wait for the oled version like i've initially planned just so i can play my switch games with better performance

so i can play my switch games with better performance

That'll be $9.99 a pop, goyim

The Mario kart bundle is honestly not a bad deal. It's far cheaper than buying the game separately. I'm just not going to buy now because I never buy consoles at launch.

people that brag about spending money poorly are usually the poor ones. but have fun with the enshittification of your hobby i guess

What did you think of the Direct?

Solid 8/10. Some of the time wasted on boring shit could be used on better showcasing other games or announcing more stuff. That being said, other than a few stinkers, like the paid tech demo, I don't have a whole lot to complain about.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yep, day one if I can find it.

Which games are you buying?

Mario Kart, Donkey Kong and Duskbloods. I'll consider double dipping on some third-party games depending on performance and price.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None so far, but I guess the Xenoblade games whenever they're patched. Most of my library is 2D stuff and/or plays just fine on the OG Switch.

Which accessories are you buying?

A screen protector. Maybe a chink joy con down the line for better ergonomics.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Eternal Darkness and Twin Snakes. I don't care if I'm delusional, I want what I want.

so i can play my switch games with better performance

they making you pay for this btw

don't think i have to pay for age of calamity to get a stable 30fps

Jesus christ no shit sherlock

What did you think of the Direct?

didn't watch it

Are you buying Switch2?

no

Which games are you buying?

none

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

none

Which accessories are you buying?

none

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

don't care, I can't remember the last time I used NSO, my friend probably already stopped paying for the family plan

I make six digits yearly

I'm not buying the Switch 2

I was planning on taking 2 days off from work for release and for me and my wife to both buy one, but now I don't know. That was quite possibly the worst nintendo presentation I have ever seen. It made it especially bad because i feel for the """leak""" that said the c button was for connecting to other switches for gamepad mode. My wife still wants to go get one on release, and I probably will too begrudgingly so because I know eventually there will be games for it and I don't want to deal with the inevitable shortages, but we will have 2 switch 2s just for mario kart kek. At least with the download play being a thing again and having 4 total switches I'll be able to try some of those gimmick combine your screens games in clubhouse

namefagging

using a question mark at the end of a sentence

holy mother of cringe zoomer

Are you buying Switch2?

Lol, no. Its kids shit man, get real.

a few years in when a bunch of games go for half price on Black Friday

kek

What did you think of the Direct?

Very very good, only disappointing thing is the price.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes. Pre-ordering one from fucking Gamestop and one from MyNintendo. Gotta have two for any future homebrew options.

Which games are you buying?

Metroid Prime 4, Mario Kart World, Legends Z-A

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

BotW, TotK, Kirby maybe.

Which accessories are you buying?

Camera
Pro controller
Carrying Case
Screen Protector
Spare Docking Set

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

WarioWare Inc
Metroid Prime 2
Ikaruga
VIEWTIFUL JOE 1 AND 2 PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
Melee maybe

The bundle with Mario Kart

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

none

Which accessories are you buying?

none

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

I refuse to pay for the expansion pack garbage. I emulate gamecube games on my pc

I kinda have to buy it for Donkey Kong. Dunno if it'll be at launch yet.

As for Gamecube, I never got around to playing Chibi Robo.

Shit forgot to greentext

I lost my job.
Living off savings.
Still excited though.
Still buying it.
Waiting on Splatoon 4 announcement.
Mario Kart looks cool.
DK looks alright.
Hyped for Kirby Air Riders.
I'll probably sell my old switch as long as all the games I have work on the 2, since its got a crack in the back of it.
No accessories though.
Hoping for Cubivore. But I don't expect it.

SmaBra (8).jpg - 1076x1200, 156.05K

2 for future home brew

Why not buy one, use it till homebrew shit is more sorted out. Buy the updated version of the console later, and then homebrew the old one?

Why not buy one, use it till homebrew shit is more sorted out.

But then you can't update it which means only launch titles and no multiplayer.

If you have a job, you'll get yourself a nice computer, not a chinese toy.

What did you think of the Direct?

It was okay.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes.

Which games are you buying?

Getting the Mario Kart bundle and nothing else.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None.

Which accessories are you buying?

None.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

I don't need NSO+ because I actually found my old Gamecube recently.

You can't just format it to factory settings when the time comes?

Says who?

That doesn't revert the firmware version.

I thought it sucked shit.
No.
If I would, I'd get DK probably.
None.
None.
All of them.

What did you think of the Direct?

I liked it. I’ve recently gotten more into Mario Kart with friends, so having a new entry is cool. I’ll look more into the other titles later on, but this is the main one I’ll be playing for awhile.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yeah

Which games are you buying?

Mario Kart, Duskbloods. Maybe DK and Metroid, but undecided.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

BoTW, ToTK, Jamboree. I have alot of hours in these three and still play them often.

Which accessories are you buying?

Gamecube controller if it’s easy to get, but don’t really need it.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Mario Party 4-7, Melee, Pokemon Pinball

What did you think of the Direct?

I tohught the diret was great, but the pricing info that came after has soured it a bit for me

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes, i will probably buy one as soon as i am able to walk into a store and buy it. Hopefully thats before Pokemon LZA launch

Which games are you buying?

Mario Kart, Metroid, DK, PLZA, Duskbloods

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Pokemon Violet, but thats a free upgrade.

Which accessories are you buying?

New pro controller, gamecube controller

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Both pokemon games, Melee with online, Maybe some of the more expensive gamecube games like Gotcha Fore

I'm having trouble finding the micro sd cards, none of the places ship to where I live so I'm a tad fucked on that department.

If you have a job you sure as fuck wouldn't be making this post.

Assembler and Engineering Technician for power subsystems
The Direct was great and got me excited for a new product for once, I'm surprised Nintendo actually had a lot to show for Switch 2 out the gate, compared to most of their previous consoles launching with very few things, and more so considering they already had a Direct last week that also had its own list of new reveals. I wonder if people even remember what got shown for Switch 1 during that.
I'm locking in for the Mario Kart bundle since that's obviously the smart choice.
Definitely adding DK and Air Riders, anything else needs to show me enough of a reason to actually get them on Switch 2 instead of an inevitable PC port. I wonder if Bloodborne 2 is even going to stay exclusive.
Both Zelda games are free upgrades, they really want you to see what even a base minimum upgrade can do for you, but I am interested in more Forgotten Land content and using mouse controls in Metroid Prime 4. I don't think they showed anything else, but I'm surprised Xenoblade Chronicles X wasn't part of the lineup since you'd think it would benefit the most from the better hardware.
I'm holding off on a Pro controller, I have too many game controllers already and it looks like they really want people to use the Joy Con 2 this time around. I do want the Gamecube controller. I know that thing is going to be sold out and scalped to hell and back, but I'm going to make it a top priority. Not to use on my Switch 2, but to use on my real Gamecube and Wii with an adapter since those already exist.
I'm honestly surprised they haven't shown Smash Bros for Nintendo Classics (that's what they're calling the NSO emulators now). The N64 Classics still doesn't have Smash 64 either, and they had Gale of Darkness XD on the map before Melee for Gamecube Classics. I wonder if they're scared to have anything overlap with whatever new Smash game will come out?

1476844070319.jpg - 1280x1280, 427.02K

It looks like the joycons are reusing a PS Vita attachment trick; those look like capacitive bumpers on the underside of the charging grip or dog-head attachment. That explains how they got GL/GR buttons onto the charging grip, the fucking joycons are touch-sensitive on the backsides

What does this mean for the joycons??????

the launch title is not that good for me, so i'll wait for next year

*This thread is for gullible retards donating their money to big corporations

It was cool
Yep
Mario Kart and Street Fighter
BotW and TotK but I already have NSO expansion pack so they’ll be free. Def Pokemon Violet too
Pro Controller
Twilight Princess and pic related, but it won’t happen

IMG_0839.jpg - 265x376, 50.47K

I have a job and will never spend 500$ for a console, get fucked

What did you think of the Direct?

liked it. kirby air ride was hype.

Are you buying Switch2?

preordering, picking up day one. if the economy is going the the shitter i'm going to watch it burn while cozy in bed.

Which games are you buying?

mario kart world bundle. kirby air ride obviously. tomodachi life and rhythm heaven.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

upgrading kirby and the forgotten land since it's basically full dlc. totk maybe when i get around to finishing it. jamboree upgrade looks lame especially since you need the overpriced useless webcam and my dad hates using motion controls so he wouldn't play it with me

Which accessories are you buying?

new pro controller maybe down the line

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

i forget if double dash was confirmed or not. if it hasn't been then that. also the mario parties.

honestly if you can't afford to set aside $20 every week or so to save up, that's on you.i only started saving in january and i already saved enough to afford it + nab the games i want at launch. literally get a job you fucking tards.

Lucky for you, it's $450

This thread is for people who have jobs.

I have job.

What did you think of the Direct?

It was fine.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes.

Which games are you buying?

Metroid and Donkey.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None.

Which accessories are you buying?

Pro controller probably.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Don't care. Never used the service and never will, but it would be funny if they added Shadow the Hedgehog.

What did you think of the Direct?

Good.

Are you buying Switch2?

Eventually, although not at launch (I never buy consoles at launch anyway). Gonna buy it next year when there's more games out and the hurdle of first release syndrome subsides (the first couple of Switch ones were buggy, broken messes).

Which games are you buying?

Don't care about MK that much, but DK looks awesome so I'll definitely get that. Air Riders too if the game ends up being good. FF7 Remake, SSF6, and Kunitsu-Gami are musts for me, any anything else in the next year that interests me really.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Not a Zelda guy, do the only upgrade I really care about is Forgotten Land.

Which accessories are you buying?

None. I don't care about live chatting.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

None. I don't care about NSO.

I do,
-Thought it was very good and I was really impressed at the fact Metroid runs at 4k 60 fps.
-Maybe but i'm much more invested/interested in what Xbox is doing.
-I'd get this supposed Ocarina of time remake they're working on and Donkey kong.
-I don't have a switch.
-If I did, probably none.
-Mario sunshine and Wind waker

What did you think of the Direct?

I thought it was pretty good. They answered pretty much every question I had in mind about the hardware.
I wish they would have disclosed the price in the direct itself, though.

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes, but I'm in no hurry to do so. I'll probably wait until next year unless I can find a good deal on the Mario Kart bundle around Christmas.

Which games are you buying?

I'm definitely getting Mario Kart World and Metroid Prime 4. Duskbloods looks pretty cool, too, but I may or may not pick it up once I know more about it.
Donkey Kong Bananza looks pretty good, too. I'll probably buy it.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None, most likely. I don't fancy the idea of paying for that sort of thing, and none of the upgrades they showed off in the direct were ones that seemed like they'd be worth my money.
I can deal with playing those Zelda games at 30fps or less if I ever feel like replaying them again, basically.

Which accessories are you buying?

A Pro Controller. Hopefully my old Pro Controller will also be compatible with this thing.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

I probably won't use the service very often since I have a softmodded GameCube, honestly, but it would be neat to see Odama on there since the console has a built-in microphone.
They should put Wario World on there for people who haven't played it. Viewtiful Joe would be another good pick, I think.

wario.gif - 306x334, 1.72M

Already pre ordered plus Mario Kart for 900 dollarydoos, I will only upgrade Tears of the Kingdom and finish it, shame at the lack of Xenoblade improvements.

What did you think of the Direct?

I watched the american stream so it was a disaster start to finish with desynced audio and freezing midstream

Are you buying Switch2?

already preordered it

Which games are you buying?

Starting off with Mario Kart and will probably pick up DK too

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Kirby just because it's actual new content. Hopefully it's included in the expansion pass

Which accessories are you buying?

none, I will only use it as a handheld

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

I've never played Custom Robo and have always wanted to

What did you think of the Direct?

No Mario, no Zelda, no animal crossing, no interest

Are you buying Switch2?

Probably if they come out with games I actually care about.

Which games are you buying?

Definitely not mario kart or woke zelda or woke donkey kong or woke wheelchair basketball. Fuck all that shit. I have a PC for 3rd party titles.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

None, I'm done playing them. I'll probably get Metroid 4. Probably.

Which accessories are you buying?

The GameCube controller

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

All of them.

Preorders go live april 9th, so no you didn't. Please don't lie on the internet.

I am not American

What did you think of the Direct?

bretty gud

Are you buying Switch2?

lol no

What did you think of the Direct?

Underwhelmed, we didn't really see anything from Nintendo that makes good use of the hardware

Are you buying Switch2?

Yes

Which games are you buying?

Seems like Mario Kart is going to be the only thing at launch

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

As much as I hate the idea, I haven't finished Tears of the Kingdom, so I would be willing to drop the $10 on that

Which accessories are you buying?

The Switch 1 pro controller still works, so I'll probably just get the official nintendo carrying case unless there are third party options on day 1

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Double Dash, or some Mario Party games. 7 had that microphone that came with it, so it would be cool if they could get the built in mic working.

lucky for you your mom's a whore

I don't care, preordering goes live April 9th across the globe you fucking liar. Anyone offering pre-orders are scamming you.

i have a job and that was dogshit
i am not even bother with that console until 3 years at least

Lol you think it's only going to be $10 for the upgrade? ... Hahahaha you're cute... Stupid but cute.

Wait wait wait... You didn't preorder online did you? Bro idk how to tell you this but you got scammed. My condolences. Learn from this and pay attention next time.

The Switch 2 version is $80, and I paid $70 for the Switch version, so it stands to reason the upgrade is $10.

Idk I skipped most of it lol, nothing really stood out
Probably not
Dunno, I might emulate a few things though
I dunno, I wonderif the updates will be patchable though
I wouldn't buy the accessories even if I had it
I don't think I've ever had the upgraded NSO, just looks like a waste of money

I spend all my money on import figgers btw

Mediocre lineup of games.
Certainly not at launch.
None.
None.
None.
Dolphin exists.

Try $20. I shit ye not.

The prices have been listed by Nintendo, it’s $10. Free if you have the NSO expansion pack

What did you think of the Direct?

Would've been just great but the reveal that the spiritual sequel to Bloodborne is a tendo exclusive is too good to be true

Are you buying Switch2?

Incredibly likely, but I will wait for reviews and word of mouth

Which games are you buying?

Interested in Mario Kart World, DK Bananza, Duskbloods, Metroid Prime 4, Kirby Air Riders but won't buy any unless they get good reviews and word of mouth

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Hadn't bought 3D Kirby yet so I'll probably that NS2 version

Which accessories are you buying?

Gamecube controller and mouse if the release one

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Wind Waker, F-Zero GX, and Soul Caliber are top tier choices. Would also like to see Animal Crossing and Sonic Adventure 2

I have a job
It was dogshit, but treehouse is tomorrow. They didn't want to outshine the console details.
Not at launch. What's the point of a console with no games? I'll wait until they're as common as water and I don't have to fight some sweaty tendie nerd to get one.
None. That shit is retarded. This should be a free service.
They didn't announce any games. Just a paid tech demo tutorial and some switch 1 titles and fucking mario kart.
GameCube controller maybe a switch pro. Not getting the camera.
Metroid prime, resident evil 4, Metroid prime 2, viewtiful joe, time splitters 2, simpsons hit and run.

Oh well just pay for the NSO. I already have 4 years worth still.

To add on to this I'm committing to having zero backlog in the future, so I'll carefully consider games and buy them one at a time and only if I'm completely certain I'll get my money's worth. Then buy another game only when I've beaten the one I'm currently playing. I'm two games away from having zero backlog right now

I don't have a job and I'm not getting one for this shit.

direct

10/10

are you buyin

not at launch, but yes

games

for the announced stuff, just Mario Kart is mandatory (but im not paying $80 fuck off) , and maybe Elden Ring (unless it comes in one of those keycards)

ns2 upgrades

Im not supporting this, i will play Metroid Prime 4 on regular switch i guess

accesories

Pro controller is mandatory

Gamecube on NSO

I dont fell for the online paywall meme, just bring back virtual console again and let me purchase and install only the stuff i need faggots. I would buy F-zero GX and Soul Calibur 2...

job

Money goes to food, bills, and cost of living. Entertainment comes after all my obligations have been fulfilled. You'd understand that if you actually had a job yourself.

direct

Was shit, wasted too much time on stupid scripted shit like "NICE POSE NIC!" and "I CAN SEE YOUR FACES ON THE SCREEN", and a bunch old 3rd party games. Kart and Kong look good.

system

Eventually, once more games are announced for it. Buying a system at launch is moronic no matter what the price is.

games

Mario Kart, Kong, and whatever else is interesting whenever I get around to getting one

upgrading

Of the announced games? None. Depends what has been added in the future.

accessories

Pro controller, probably

GCN games

Mario Sunshine, Double Dash, and Destroy All Monsters Melee. All games that I can play on Dolphin right fucking now.

I'm 27 and I've never had a job or been paid for any kind of work

How do you eat

my dad got me chic fil a for dinner today

How do you eat routinely? How do you afford to buy food?

All my game predictions were wrong except for them showing more of the new mario kart

Im 31, i still live with my parents. I have a job tho. You can do it anon

I can afford a switch 2 and 10 switch 2 games

I won't be buying them because they don't look worth the money

nintendo hasn't been about the hardware power since the wii

They've basically survived by going from gimmick to gimmick, some working out better than others. The switch 2 doesn't have a novel killer gimmick. The switch 2 will be competing against the switch 1 and all the PC handhelds that have flooded the market. The only edge they have is their first party titles which just got a 30% price hike lmao. Nintendo is about to get humbled again like they did with the wii u.

Getting a job isn't that hard. Go stock shelves or work a register. Literal retards do it all the time.

same thing
my dad gets social security checks and buys food

You're both parasites. I hope Trump and Elon get rid of all that shit. Just cut it right off, let the bloodsuckers work or starve. I will be buying the Switch 2 with Mario Kart World upon release.

What did you think of the Direct?

10/10

Are you buying Switch2?

Day 1.

Which games are you buying?

Mario Kart, Y0 DC, and BDFFHD on day one. Of course DK Bananza

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Kirby is the big one

Which accessories are you buying?

Pro Controller, probably a TomToc case once they're available.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

PoR is the big one.

i can't do that without driving
I'm too mentally ill to drive

I'm a gamer. We don't buy consoles.

my dad is 70 and can't even walk 10 yards without having to stop and rest for several minutes
how is he supposed to work

What did you think of the Direct?

the exclusives look cool

Are you buying Switch2?

not sure really, my friend is a pussy and wants it because its nintendo and he wants me to get it, i dont really want it though as i already have a retroid pocket 5 and that does everything i would want.

Which games are you buying?

splatoon 4, or the donkey kong game

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

all of them (nso gives them for FREE)

Which accessories are you buying?

None of them, maybe the pro crontroller of the dpad isnt so shit like how it was on the switch 1 pro controller.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Dont care, let me pay for roms and not rent them, fucking niggger company

Should've planned better instead of leaching off the government. The young ought to devour the old and lazy. Really hype for DK Bananza as well.

I can afford it and its games but I'm not buying because I don't support jewish practices.

What did you think of the Direct?

Meh

Are you buying Switch2?

Maybe

Which games are you buying?

Metroid 4, I want to know if it will run Doom The Dark Ages.

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

I miss on the Switch since all I wanted was Metroid 4 but it will be cool to play Dread.

Which accessories are you buying?

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

To answer both questions, the GC controller and I want Eternal Darkness and maybe MK Armageddon.
I thought the From Soft title was a new first party horror game but then the From Soft logo dropped and I immediately lost interest. I just don't care for them anymore.

so is he just supposed to die and I'm supposed to die because he failed to raise me and give me a safety net

What did you think of the Direct?

Direct was great
Are you buying Switch2?
No, I'm not a gullible retard

I'm buying the switch+all exclusives and switch 1 ports brand new. I'll pay the tax, I'll give the tip and get the subscription service.

(me)
its just so stupid, fucking CHINKHELDS are getting oled screens nowadays and the higher-end ones are EXPECTED to have oled screens, but i have to pay 450 for this lcd screen? So gay. i have a pc, i have a good way to play these pc games on a portable. If i buy the console for the 20 hours odnkey kong game what then? wait 2 years for an oled screen and splatoon 4 and smash 4? well i guess mario kart is fun as well.. Maybe im too much of a super gamer to care about switch ports...

crying mido.png - 400x240, 80.27K

In the jungle if you can't hunt you starve. Saving some currency and investing over years it is significantly easier than hunting wild animals every day. Not very much was ever asked of him or you.

Why would I buy the poorfag console?

he's a fucking retarded druggie hippie baby boomer who was in his 40s when i was born
i hate my fucking family and my fucking life so fucking much

(me)
(me)
i have money but i think i am just going to wait for an oled version, and when smash 6 and splatoon 4 and mario kart is not aids price. These games will DEFINTELY entertain me for hundreds of hours.

I'm just teasing you lol bro take a chill pill

no
my life fucking sucks
I'm so tired of everything

You should get a job tho dawg. Just to get out there and be busy. If you genuinely can't work then find a project or hobby of any kind.

What did you think of the Direct?

Fine. Mostly Mario Kart and then fluff until the last couple of announcements which did wake me up a bit.

Are you buying Switch2?

I've never bought a console day 1 and I'm still not going to, but I will grab one in the future, yes.

Which games are you buying?

Kirby Air Riders is the big one for me, I'll probably get a S2 whenever that comes out.
Donkey Kong Bananza
Fast Fusion
Mario Kart World
Prime 4 (mouse controls sound real nice)

Which NS2-edition games are you upgrading to?

Only Kirby Forgotten World interests me atm.

Which accessories are you buying?

None.

Which Gamecube games do you want on NSO+?

Custom Robo and Bomberman Generations would be cool.

reac.jpg - 640x502, 75.85K

Drink cold water and meditate for 3-5 minutes immediately

stupid hippie, who gaf about your opinion

I will probably buy it this year during Christmas discounts, will also wait for the reviews. I already have a Switch OLED, so the LCD screen feels like a backwards step to me. Major disappointment imo.

Negative thought patterns need to be interrupted by something else. If not that then exercise, eat something, read a book etc

ports and remasters
no
none
none
none
none

let's see..

have 5950x and 5700x3d

thinking of getting 9950x3d so I can combine the benefits of both into one CPU

wait for news of switch 2

it's bunch of overpriced games

no way to transfer your legit digital library from switch 1 to switch 2 if you have modified switch 1, unless you successfully revert to original state (nigh impossible, there will be traces of tampering) or buy a second switch 1 (lite?) jsut so you can transfer games you bought legit without risk of getting nintendo account banned

they're charging for a fucking tutorial game that should be free (no it's not tech demo since there isn't actual gameplay)

console is going to cost 500 euros in europe when it's 333 dollars in japan

Yeah idk , I think I'm gonna stay on PC guys, this switch fad is kinda dead my dudes.
