2 of those things on a mech with thermal up body parts will annihilate all appendages pretty quick with appendage breakers and weapon attack up XX.

spam the insects fear > the awakening mission with 3 lvl 99 scounted blades. you will need to create private squads until it appears.

That's pretty good, but the 60 version will always be better.
Get three lvl 99 BLADE scouts, reset online missions until you get "The Insects' Fear", do that once and remember to pick up the treasures that show up after the first bug, then spam "The Awakening", which unlocks via the treasures you picked up. Four runs (Three the first time since you did the insect one once) will max out the Scout Level on your scouts and give around 3k tickets, rinse and repeat. The mission will stay for around an hour.

Everyone everywhere has a different opinion about the Xenoblade series anon. All the games are rather controversial, with I'd say 1 being the least controversial and 2 being the most.
Like for me, 2 is my favorite and 3, 1, and X are still really good. I'd strongly suggest not skipping 2 but in the end it's up to you.

Two has high highs and low lows. It's probably my least favorite, but the worst Xenoblade game is still a pretty good game.

Each hexagon should say what it is when you can get it. It might be a quest, a probe, a specific container, or a tyrant

Its more than just having three blades. You absolutely desperately need the skilltree nodes that let you have your cooldowns at the start of battle, as well as the one that lets you chain driver arts.

locked hexagons usually mean that they are a boss or NPC quest that doesnt exist for spoiler reasons, and will be unlocked where you reach the part of the story where the party is aware that the NPC faction/race or enemy faction even exists.

Welp, just wasted 60 hours trying to fill out the map early.
On the other hand, it means I get to re-explore the world again and min-max noctilum for HB's affinity link.

You say that, but she's been very successful using it even in very short fights for me. I wouldn't be surprised if she's programmed to prioritize it when it's equipped.

Completing world survey and doing affinity missions yields the most exp, make sure to fight tyrants and comolete missions as soon as you can take them to make the best of the exp and even if you already completed a segment you still get exp from collecting treasures within it.
You will also want to rack up miranium and money for skells so get your frontiernav working as soon as possible and remember, there's nearly no limit to credits, but you will want to install storage probes for miranium.

Frankly, everyone is a bit usable, but Hope sucks.

When you have an art off cooldown, like right when you start a fight, instead of using it normally, hit the quick recast button on it. It'll refill the secondary cooldown since the primary is already full and activate it.

Ground weapons are one giant pool unlike armor, with the exception of the special katanas.

There's some complicated math setup with boosts and duplicators but I would just run xenoprobes. It won't give a perfect solution, because it can't, so there's usually some stuff you can improve after it runs. You can uncheck Cauldrus to keep your ore generation too.

I don't have links, but this is my post-Chapter 11 level 30 skell loadout copied for the whole party, save for a few differences. The most important weapons are the drones and G-buster because they are busted. The shield is the one that grants melee attack up so I follow it up with G-buster.

Everything else is literally whatever sounds cool to you. You just spam them to fish cockpit time for the G-buster and drone reset.

Go to the AM terminal, go to “unequipped skell weapons” and your equipped weapon should appear in this menu despite being equipped, upgrade it from this menu and the weapon will now be on both the left and right slots
Additionally, upgrading the trait from the “unequipped” list will upgrade the trait on both the “fake” and “real” weapons, so after upgrading the “fake” weapon 5 times you can upgrade the “real” weapon another 5 times, meaning you can have 10 upgrades on a 5 upgrade weapon
