I watched the recent redbull sf6 tournament and without knowing much about the game it looked so fucking BOOOOOOORING. It felt like they were just doing the same exact move over and over and over again. Also I have to be the first one to say it but those overly long supers are so fucking stupid, maybe It's cool the first 3 times but there's no way they actually force you to watch a 30 second cut scene every time you want to do your move. Also I hate the principle of playing for bars. They should restart on round start or something, going into a match knowing you're going to lose because your opponent has the funny little bar up is retarded. Also game looks hideous. Don't they have over a decade of 3d experience at this point?

Tekken's problem is they negated options with overpowered moves that do everything resulting in binary decisions like a JRPG
Street Fighter's problem is they created a strong move that has multiple options and forces you to react and guess the 3-5 way mixup.
I'm enjoying playing some Tekken 7 again after a long time, and I'm also looking forward to Garou. I've never been too invested in getting good at 2D games but since Tekken is bad now and I loved playing KoF casually I might tryhard in Garou.

Imagine being a guy who never played a fighthing game in his entire life, you're interested in getting Street Fighter 6 and see there's at tournament going to twitch. And then you see some guy turn green force a 50/50 and then throw loop 5 times in a row. Why would you buy that game?
