I want to buy it. I just don't want to buy it at the price they're offering. Switch was good, but after 8 years the battery is basically gone. Upgrading to the Switch 2 seems like a good plan. It's pretty much everything I wanted for the S2, just not at that price. Hopefully they pull at 3DS and cut the price.

While it cannot compete with my time on PC, the original switch was played about a hundred times more than my PS4 and PS5 combined. I expect it to be the same with the Switch 2. I also have kids now, so I expect they'll have a decent time with it too. The bottom line however is, when games I want to play come out, I buy them and the console they're on. Simple as.

You could try unlocking the FPS (assuming it runs fine on emulators after they all got shuttered), but Metroid Prime Remastered has its game speed tied to the framerate so it could be the same for 4.
