It'll inherently run and load faster. The updates are needed to support 4k/60FPS and 1080p/120FPS because Switch games will be have been capped at 30FPS or 60FPS.

So all the 30FPS games on Switch just wouldn't run any better on Switch 2 without an update to remove the framerate cap. All the 60FPS ones with inconsistent performance on Switch probably won't need updates.
