bullshit. DK is way too fast and 'light'. He's a big strong gorilla, in DKC and DK64 he's a lot less 'snappy' to control than Mario is. In Bananza you can clearly see he accelerates and stops and turns instantly, no momentum to his movement. same as Mario in Odyssey.

another big problem is the art design, DK is supposed to have a.. wilder feel to them. dirty and exotic, like some unexplored fantastical grotto in Africa untouched by mankind. music heavy on rhythm and dance beat. Bananza's DK is too clean, too sanitised, too goofy, too much the butt of the joke rather than the prankster making the jokes. To put it another way, DK should feel capital B Black
