But anon, I already own a Steam Deck and I'm not going to pay $700 for a Switch 2, which is what they're going to cost once the tariffs are factored in.
I don't get it, can I still get the fattie if I buy a switch 2?
Big woman for a big ick on ecker hell yeah
I have no idea what this means. What level of AI bottery are we on here?
There's literally no reason to buy a steam deck when you already have a pc that can run modern games beyond 720p and 30fps.
This image makes no fucking sense.
A handheld is much more comfortable for gaming than a PC. You wouldn't understand until you try, but my Deck made me enjoy gaming again. I'm spending hours in games I never got to play, and I'm actually finishing them.
fuck
You know, I'd like a deck, but it's double the price I'm willing to part with for something that has no exclusive games, and will ultimately play things worse than my PC.
wanting to buy game gear 2
Don't forget the tax + tip.
TotalSpend 1610.09
but
my Steam account is literally 20 years old
Steam xisters look like this?!
Damn. If I've been a Tendie or Snoy these money would've been spent on paid online subs instead of vidya...How horrible.
FUCK ME
I have been a pc gamer for over twenty years. I can also tell you that $600 of this was spent supporting the Internation's over the years.
wit the overall total, I average $116 a year on games, I showed the oldspend to show the amount spent before 2015
Now, how much have you spend on your console games?
4" is all anyone needs
That would buy you forty six years of PS+. About four times as long for NSO.
This is how I'm feeling today, doc.
Your average console players easy spent twice as much money on video games. That's why console players are so valuable to companies compared to you PC vegans.
I've seen the PC vegan term spammed everywhere recently, much more than before. Are you a dedicated schizo?
Your average console players easy spent twice as much money on consoles hardware
ftfy
the fat chick is cute.
Id plap her
7 years of xboxlive for 360 = $420 + tax
+
12 years of ps plus basic = $960 + tax
All these money spent to own nothing, yet you fags couldn't even afford a Switch 2.
If you play a lot of games PC is the way since it's cheaper in the long run. Vice versa is true too
ick on eck
???? on switch
neovagina
Fuck.
My total spend is under 2k and I have 500 games. I wonder how much Ive spent on bundles and keysites
bitch on switch
It means if you spent a lot of money on games for your steam account get a steam deck. If you have no steam games dont get a steam deck. Its actually a pretty reasonable image.
*1500 games
Anyone know how to get a proper count without f2p stuff?
Indian for sure
Switch 2 will outsell the lifetime sales of the steam deck in a single month.
steamdeck is not a competitor.
This, PC vegans are delusional. In a month post Switch 2 release people will forget the Deck even existed.
paypigs BTFO
if you don't spend a lot of of money on games you should buy the more expensive system
dafuq is this shit image
SBI sissies! we've passed our early peak!
Soon Wukong numbers! #ChudsMad #LGBTBBQ #ChuddahLost
$714 and a change
not so bad for 14 years
also these aren't counting the hunble bundles I've bought, I'm sure
woops, wrong thread
This makes me feel better about my Steam account. If I divide it by the number of games I have total (though this does include free-to-play games, I don't feel like counting it manually) then I've only spent $4.25ish on every game I have on Steam.
Not bad.
honest question: should i just kms?
Got you beat, ever so slightly.
Consider looking "You Need a Budget" or the "Every Dollar" app to learn where your money is going. First step to financial success is giving every dollar you make a job at the start of every month and executing it. Do it for three months straight and you'll come to find out that impulse shopping (a Steam staple) is the quickest route to being perpetually broke.
Good on you, Pepe. Keep it up.
see The vast majority of people on Anon Babble don't manage their money properly. The worse they are at it, the louder they screech.
Not really. The Deck and other handheld PCs are not conjoined to Steam.
The image is actually saying if you're aren't invested in Steam now's a great time to get ripped off by Nintendo.
If I divide it by the number of games I have total
$0.99 kek
about 355 games in my library
probably spent around 2 dollars for each
I'm not gonna make it
I have a shit job but $8k in checking, $50k in savings (not much, but not bad for a shit job)
Vidya is my singular vice
A lot of this is also due to gifts
saar you purchase stem deck or I fuck your mother ok
Hope that $50k in savings is in a 3.7% APY High Yield Savings Account or something because that's $150 or so a month in free money.
I notice there's a trend in here. High spending Steam accounts (>$750 lets say) seem to be really happy with how many games they have at a few dollars each. Might be why they're so outraged with $50+ games.
And 610 games.
Rice & beans & beans & rice
I have half of it in a CD that's at ~3.5%, I don't remember the exact percentage.
I mostly pretend that money doesn't exist desu
Switch has the highest attach rate for a console? Why wouldn't it happen for the Switch 2?
You should face the truth.
Benefit to HYSA is that it's fully liquid but a CD is OK too desu. Just make sure you have no debt obviously.
Til you're debt free, yep. I see you over there.
92 usd
I won't buy a Switch 2.
I won't buy a Deck.
Simple as.
buys an ROG Ally X
based
I spent that much on wii games alone
