I just dusted my PC last weekend and holy shit does it make a tangible difference in cooling. It runs much quieter at idle and doesn't thermal throttle like it used to when I was making sloppa.
As a kid, I made my own PC case out of semi transparent blue plastic in my highschool shop class. I wish I had a picture, but camera phones didn't exist back then.
Anyway, it was all just 2 pieces counting the side panel of course. I molded it pretty nicely.
