It's around 8-10 hours judging by long plays on youtube. Skimming through some of them told me that most of them were going out of their way to get collectables, so probably even shorter than that.

Honestly I like the game so far, combat is nothing to write home about but the game itself is very pretty and has great stylization, kinda reminds me of psychonauts. Plus it feels super rare to get a story based in this kind of location/with these kinds of fantasy legends/fables. The dialogue (from what I've heard so far) also comes across as real natural and easy flowing.

As things are, I'd give it a thumbs up for being a game with a black protag that doesn't just feel like its copying/shoehorning them into traditionally white European fantasy. Having it be fantasy in the deep south is a breath of fresh air.
