NCR

Elijah gassing everyone ending

You got a dirty slate, Anon. You need to wipe it.

Independent while neglecting all the side quests.

literally me the first time playing

for me, its yes man

Are you saying that you are the worst choice for the Mojave?
I did a Ted Kaczynski explosives/survival run, and finished on Dead Money with that ending.

Yes Man with the Powder Gangers, Khans, Fiends and Brotherhood all still alive and doing their thing. Mad Max wasteland ending.
Or an incompetent NCR ending where they win but don't have the magical Courier god solve all of their problems first.
Legion and House are the tightest most effective endings.

the guy cosplaying as a roman

I'm a Caesar's legion man, but House is objectively the best, NCR is stretched too thin, corrupt AF and is bound to implode, the legion is probably fucked after Caesar dies. Yes man doesn't count it's just a meme ending not an actual faction

its a long ass stalemate until the tunnelers kill everyone

WORST choice

a status quo
ie

House cannot project power outside the strip

Kaisar's legion and the NCR in a status quo ante bellum

Great Khans and Boomers unaligned or still alive

etc.

basically the mojave the moment you got shot at Goodsprings

why?

Because in a world where death is far from the worst thing that can happen, when civilization MUST be forced in one direction to break the remnants of post-apocalyptic society and push it forward, no matter under which banner, the worst thing that can happen is stagnation.

A Mojave under Kaisar is good.
A Mojave under House is good.
A Mojave under the Courier and Yes Man is good (sort of).
A Mojave cleansed of all life by the Courier is also good.

New Vegas is the climax of the Falloutverse (everything that happens past 2281 is non-canon). Because there are many factions that can effectively end the "reconstruction" phase of post-war America and breathe new life into civilization, not just America's, but the whole world. House is the best example of this, as he's planning to go far and beyond pre-war societies.

Everything staying fractured in a raider infested, mutant infested shithole is THE worst thing that can happen, and New Vegas's storyline starts in such scenario.

>House cannot project power outside the strip

he can doe

The intellectual take.
It doesn't matter if it's Roman larpers, 200yo capitalists or 23rd century liberals, society MUST go on, under one banner - or fade completely, let nature reclaim the land and let mankind go extinct.

A chance to begin again

Yes Man/Independent Vegas ending is a meme/failsafe route and i don't understand why so many people act like it's the canon ending.

its the ending where I get to do what I want, so I enjoy it most, simple as. Harping on the creative solution in yes man being unkillable as if it's somehow a bad thing doesn't devalue it as an option to anyone but braindead larpers who don't even play the game.

I'm just a Mr House Glazer.

Have you considered the possibility that what you want to do is bad for the longevity of the Mojave and the future of mankind?

I’m trans btw

Clearly NCR

Never understood this when literally a deathclaw kills 5 or 6 of them during the game, they’re weak they might have numbers but you have upgraded secretrons roaming and you can use whatever at the big empty to kill them off

The cut ending where the Think Tank takes over the Mojave is definitely the worst.

Have you considered that it's a video game and nobody cares?

enjoy getting thrown off the damn lil bro

Legion obviously. Any other answers are media illiterate npcs. No you dumbfuck, you don't know what Hegelian Dialect is.

That DLC, in general, was pretty awful.

same to you Oliver

NCR.
They are the most incompetent in-game.

explain

I wonder how hard troons would melty if there was a discussion about FNV on JRE and it got people interested in it.

Because FNV is such an obscure indie gem. Come on now.

This is your brain on Anon Babble

totally unrelated to fnv but there's a channel on youtube that makes world of warcraft-themed AI Joe Rogan parodies
one of which has Alex Gnomes talking about how there's this secret group of higher beings called the "GM"s that have the power to warp reality and just scoop people out of existence for weeks or months at a time

Yes Man ending counts and it's not a meme, you're just an IRL meme joke person who couldn't handle an ounce of responsibility without breaking down like a nigger baby

Unironically House. He's owned the Strip for like a decade and managed to make everyone in it either go behind his back, actively plot to betray him or not care about him at all. His Securitron network has been subverted and without the Platinum Chip his own damn superweapons are inacessible. Even if Courier literally hands him the Mojave on a silver platter I give it five years before a civil war collapses the place again.

Thank you! Reddits favorite DLC

House is incredibly fucking incompetent. His faction is on the verge of collapse without your help lmao

Troons are always trying to claim FNV as their own and denounce chuds who want to discuss it. Sorry you're unable to keep up

Who fucking cares. New Vegas was garbage.

Yes man is almost complete Anarchy it should be swapped with the kings as they control freeside

Yes Man with all the raiders alive was the ending I got on my first full playthrough, and I didn't even get there by going for an explicitly bad ending playthrough, it was a standard first run where I didn't have a character in mind and just made the choices I wanted to make. Only difference is that I merced the Boomers and Brotherhood. I didn't want to pick any of the factions and IRL I'd never want to be the leader of a city or settlement or whatever so I deliberately sabotaged every major faction including yes man and helped all the raider factions to further ensure no one force will take control of the mojave. I doubt there's more than a handful of people who think like I do but that even what is generally thought of as the worst possible ending has people siding with it as a legitimate choice is testament to how well written New Vegas was.

Trannies love NCR, and especially love Cass

Here's the boring NPC answer.
Yes Man is the best ending as long as a courier with control of big mt and 10 Int is factored into the equation, because then it's someone who is objectively extremely intelligent with access to scientific wonders having full control.
If you are discounting Big MT and don't see 10 Int as actually being a genius, then House is the best ending due to having a solid power structure. He's definitely in a delicate position when you find him, but you solidify his power to the point that you'll live a comfy long life.

everyone always going off on how bad NCR would be

look at all the possible endings

ideal NCR endings are actually some of the best outcomes, if not the best overall

I get the endings in the slideshow are short term at best, but the Courier really whips the NCR into shape in the Mojave and there's more merit to them than people are willing to give them.

House takes over

Strip becomes a sterile, utilitarian hellscape

Everyone ends up leaving because they were only there for the gambling and booze

Loses literally all it's value and is now just a robot town with no purpose except for House dicking around in his tower making spaceships

im not so sure

Everyone ends up leaving because they were only there for the gambling and booze

everyone ends up leaving because of the reasons they don't want to leave

based retard

The thing is winning the Mojave wouldn't satiate NCR's expansionist attitude, it emboldens them. Only a matter of time until they encounter a more disastrous campaign.
