unfortunately the flood won’t be coming at launch guys. You’ll be fighting sentinels where you would have traditionally fought flood in CE. Don’t worry, the flood will be coming in a soon to be cancelled future DLC!
we’ve decided to go for a more open world campaign this time. Unfortunately this means we’ll have to have slightly less biome diversity in the campaign, but don’t worry we’re adding a bunch of cool animals to look at while you free roam.
unfortunately we’ve had to cut the big animals. They were taking up too much dev time.
you absolutely can wear the default mark V armour in multiplayer…if you pay $100 for the skin pack or reach level quadrillion by playing the game 8 hours a day for 6 months.
all the iconic halo weapons are back! Except the plasma rifle of course.
unfortunately we’ve had to pay walk all the armour customisation in the game guys and jack up the prices. Gaming is very expensive it’s the only way we can make a profit guys.

CE will be rewritten to follow the Halo TV show's canon and show chief's face in every cutscene
All rings were activated and on standby so clearly something like a splinter group of brutes could active them or something along those lines and that master chief being stuck stranded for years hints at it being a cliffhanger really, but like I said I grew and realise chief deserves a well long rest.

They can’t activate them. They need a human to. The covenant just fell and the elites are well aware that the rings are weapons and would be defending them with their lives. There’s obviously story threads you could pursue post 3, but generally it was a good place to end the series cause the genocidal war was over and as far as anyone could tell all the flood that’d been released was quickly eradicated.
