If I were you I would avoid this, IGG games releases or any other fake site that is trying to disguise itself as Skidrow scene releases, all of these usually have some sort of malware or adware that plants itself on your system.
If you want a good source for pirated games something like fitgirl repacks, cs.rin.ru or gog-games.to is a good start.

I use these sites but the problem is that they don't have old games like manhunt 1 for example

This. Apparently years ago they made it so you couldn't run the game if you deleted the file with the url to their site, but that didn't last long because they got shat on. I don't know of any other transgressions.
