Honestly, most of the best games do have diverging routes, just not to the point that you completely stop getting scenes with the other girls. Pale Carnations is probably the example of this with the pick and choose for the love interests, while still having a good in universe reason to continue to have the 3 main girls and the MC have sexy stuff happen, but then you have the really diverging ones like Karlsson's Gambit which have completely different routes depending on if you want to be submissive or dominant.
