How reliable is the Chinese brands computer parts like Lian Li? Should I buy it asap before the tariff?

Everyone I know who bought the cheap Chinese RAM has enjoyed some pretty god awful memory failures. It's good if you don't mind replacing it yearly. For everyone who is sane though you might want to dodge it.

Maybe I just don't have a refined palette, but idk why you'd bother with a multi-layer desert. The chocolate/fudge part is always going to overpower the cheesecake.

I say this as someone who's baked lots of different types of deserts. I always ask myself "was wasting a whole day with special ingredients I won't use anywhere else any better than spending 1 hour to make a batch of cookies or brownies?" The answer is often no.
