They're coming back in stock regularly at every retailer. I ordered one myself from Amazon just a couple of days ago. I also had pre-orders secured with Very and Argos, but I cancelled those. There seems to be no real shortage and scalpers are going to be disappointed.

I got a UK preorder in. I'm living in the US, but even with imports and duties I'm paying $540 total for the MKW model, which is only ~15 bucks more than if I'd managed to secure a pre-tariff US Switch 2. I've also got a plug adapter from a trip to Europe a few years ago so I'm all set.

It does not. It is capable of it, but it'll will do it as much as the PS5 does 8K 120fps. There might be 1 or 2 indie games that support it.
All Amazon pre-orders have the June 7th date, even if you got an invite. They'll likely update it closer to launch. Argos have been bad for delivering on launch day for pre-orders in the past.
