To actually answer the OP question, there's a lot I can think of as far as actually finished games go

Undertale and its MS paint art (but not in a charming or expressive way, like Pizza tower)

A lot of Wii U era Nintendo games with the plastic lighting and obvious repeated textures. Mario 3D world and Star Fox Zero were especially bad with this

older Bloons tower defense games, 6 having an actual pleasant artstyle made me forget just how awful the old games looked (they were still great though)

Mario Kart Wii, desaturated low-contrast colors and bloom lighting belong nowhere near a Mario game

the SNES version of frogger

Octopath Traveler, it looks alright in screenshots but actually playing the game causes such awful eyestrain. Fucking lighting was losing its mind in that game and just constantly flashing, gave me such horrible headaches

pretty much everyone except the MC has eyes on the sides of their heads instead of on the front despite being human

there's a constant fog AND DoF to hide the game's shit resolution, plus IIRC some motion blur

the game's native res isn't even 480p, it's like 433p or something

for some reason, instead of raising the screen res to 480p or higher, the game, a turn-based RPG, runs at 60FPS

the font is kinda ass too sometimes

all dialogue boxes show some of your info on it for some reason, like your money, which just clutters the screen

animations are a hit or miss, and some even stop mid-animation because the devs just forgot to complete it
