Korea has honestly been the innovators in character gen tech since mmos decades ago. I have yet to see a character creator as in depth as black desert and before that vindictus 15 years ago. I remember them being the first to make use of hair tech years before tressfx even existed for tomb raider 2013.

Played BG3 recently and my god the character models look so much better than this game.

That's UE5. Big difference too because by comparison Stellar Blade is UE4 and the character models look fine neanwhile my pc still cant run TFD properly without dithering.
Also BG3, esp modded, actually have some of the best detailed character models I've seen in a pc game, only beaten by Cyberpunk 2077 if running on a very expensive rig.

You have to remember that the only people playing are playing to minmax everything. The only real nerf was that she requires actually aiming (line of sight) to pop her spells now, opposed to sitting behind a wall and repeatedly pressing Q until all enemies are dead, which is what wasn't intended. She is literally still in the top 3. Why are people even trying to make this argument? They barely touched her and she still blows through content. The nerf wasn't meaningful at all. It was there to fix and oversight that resulted in people clearing content without even trying.

Not exactly. There are loads of people who haven't properly min-maxed but still play. Many Ines players can't even clear VE content past level 25 and only get carried in the others. They are so inept at the game that they think Ines got gutted somehow. She still outscales everyone's damage who isn't Serena, and Serena is brand new.

That was actually the case initially because tfd has a higher player peak than warframe in its entire run however people ran out of things to do and TFD has a decade long to play catch up with warframe. It has no chance in this genre. It's the opposite. The story is just the tutorial. The real character/gun builds and farming happens after you beat it. It's otherwise a painful crawl trying to farm anything in normal mode because the drop rates suck compared to hard mode.

A new player will have weeks worth of content to go through, but they will hit that wall where they need to grind way more than should be necessary to even do hard mode content, then once they pass that gate, it's nothing to do but nuke.
