SF6 Year 3 leaked characters

Most of the game's budget is focused on avatar slop and updating the dogshit shenmue mode when a new character comes out. It takes them 4 months to make a character now because of the retarded amount of detail models and special effects on moves need now. This is also why the game is in its 3rd year and characters still only have 1 premium alt costume.

She's too magical for a game about martial artists, and also too anime for a game with a huge normie fanbase.

That's what everybody's saying. Personally, I was surprised to see it in Steam's top 20 sellers when it came out--I didn't really expect so much as a ripple in the pond being an SNK game. But all anyone cares about is concurrent players. Again, personally, that shit shouldn't even matter unless it inhibits your ability to find varied matches quickly, which you can. But its ability to do so in the future is currently up in the air.

I don't give a shit about graphics honestly, the problem with the game for me isn't graphical fidelity, it's just that half the content in the game looks unfinished. Some stages and characters look straight up horrible. Look at Kim and tell me this shit isn't cursed.
the normies (so 99% of potential buyers) will care about graphics though. any Ronaldo fan who got told by his guru that he needs to check out cotw probably turned around 360 degrees and left after witnessing 60$ price tag on a game that looks like it was made in 2008

I think the price is the biggest problem with the game actually, no casual is gonna pay that much to get stomped on ranked and then quit after 5 hrs played. SF6 could cost that much because it had the brand, a single player mode casuals could enjoy and didn't look like crap
