The Sega CD and Mega CD versions have a lot of redrawn art in comparison to all of the other versions of the game. It was the only version of Snatcher made for English audiences. For example, in every other version of Snatcher, Jean Jack's torso is twisted backwards. In the later Sega Saturn and PSX Japanese only releases, the camera scrolls up to hide the severed head and the PSX version will pixalate the screen. .

Probably the Sega CD or Mega CD versions, as they are in English. PC-Engine CDROM if you can speak Japanese. The MSX and 'SD' versions have English patches. Sega Saturn version if you can speak Japanese and want a version wiih 32bit colour and some CG enhancements.
