Memes aside, is Stellar Blade worth $70?

I own a PS5 but currently don't have any games to play. Saw a copy of Stellar Blade at my local game store. Setting aside the memes and goonerbait, how good is the game really? I'm looking for honest, no-nonsense opinions—no trolling or waifufagging. I'm counting on your genuine feedback here.

No, coomer memes aside it's just a mid soulslike that has its moments but ultimately drags on. It's probablynl gonna hit ps+ soon anyway.

I can't imagine buying a console without any games. You're better selling it if you don't know yourself why you have it.

I bought it used just a few weeks after launch for 50usd
I played the game in full, but not the Nier DLC.
I thought it was really good, but I also haven't played Nier Automata and many people will tell you it's just a worse version of that.
But I would give it an 8.5, solid gameplay, story is sometimes hobbled by bad voice acting but that's fine, really good presentation overall.
Can you really not get it for less than full price?

I paid 50 a couple of months after release for a used copy, well worth it imo. Eve is hot af, combat is satisfying, basically every female is a smokeshow, game isn't too long even if you do side stuff.

Yes, but it can easily be found for around $50. It can easily provide 60 hours of fun in the first playthrough if you enjoy exploring and don't rely on a guide the whole time.

literal platforming sections, bad boss fights with clunky unresponsive controls that feel like shit to play
if you need soulslop i recommend berserker khazan its pretty snappy and feels good to play, also has a demo

I'm focusing on the "don't have games to play". It's either an exaggeration because he's finished current games or a literal truth of having no games. Neither is impossible but you don't word it that way when you actually have games but already finished and don't want to play them.

Stellar blade was the most fun I have had playing a video game in years.

It felt like a PS2 game in all the right ways. The music is phenomenal, the gameplay fun, and the characters all sexy. 10 out of 10.

I bought a PS5 just to play it. I like the art style and games like Devil May Cry.

I wished the combat was just a little better. Like more options for weapons instead of butt load of fighting moves.
