EZ until Yuzu and Ryujinx got hit. Ryubing appears to remain as the only one with continuing serious development, although not performance wise. But ever since, it's only been drama after drama, and then another Yuzu fork dies or another emulator implements some weird DRM. Back in the old days, consoles could be emulated before they were even released, as was the case with the GBA. The Switch 2 may never be emulated, and it's not because it's too powerful. We lost any serious programmers.
