Maybe the key to good animation, comic books and video games is not living in California or New York, or in a Tokyo pod you can barely afford with 14 hours of work every day

Well I have several ideas for game mechanics but basically if they fail various checks they pee themselves from physical stress, fear, surprise, or just from the growing urge, and eventually even if they pass all checks for long enough their bladder would completely fill and they would pee, or the penalties to the checks just keep getting higher and higher as it fills.
And if they were superheroines or classic JRPG classes there would be special abilities like a barbarian type who gets stronger but less accurate as she has to go more and more, a ranger who gets rising crit chance, a fighter who gets faster but less accurate, a defender who gets slower but more armored, a priestess who gets more casts or maximized casts and resists evil more with each successful bladder save check, the mage gets increased mana with fuller bladder and maybe access to higher spell slots but her focus for casting keeps getting worse and worse and misfires/random extra magic effects get more likely or become possible with her casts.

All classes get dazed/paralyzed/helpless/flat-footed for a few rounds while peeing themselves and their knees might give out based on checks. Maybe barbarian could have a will/rage save to keep berserking while peeing herself knock-kneed, with stat penalties.
Martial classes just continue as usual but shame-faced and with some morale or dexterity penalties.
Caster classes lose some or all of their spells and powers until they can rest due to lack of focus or something.
The priestess peeing herself would count as holy water splash effect on/around self and maybe healing as well, but would lose any protective auras etc. She would also get passive bonuses for streaks of making it to the bathroom and passive debuffs for streaks of peeing herself.
The mage peeing herself would unleash a burst of wild magic with random effects and maybe eventually give her passive debuffs to focus for a while.
